Great hotel with amazing staff who were always willing to help. Having a hotel with a sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi was a real bonus on a ski holiday and the free/frequent bus up to the Funicamp cablecar was great. We also liked the very large games room and hotel bar to relax in. We were also there for the Carnival which was brilliant and a truly unique experience. And who doesn't like 6am fireworks on a Sunday :)

Only slight negative is that the soundproofing between rooms could be better. You can literally hear every footstep or cupboard opening from your neighbours.

Loved the hotel and all the facilities, such a beautiful place. The reception and bar staff, or owners, not sure who they were, were so lovely and welcoming. The lady at reception even gave us change with a euro that was from Andorra as a keepsake ❤️

The two ladies at breakfast were not so welcoming, ignored us on the way in and when we said thank you on the way out and my 8 year old said good bye, also ignored, that being said, breakfast was good, everyone else was really lovely and the food was wonderful and fresh, it wouldn't put as off, was just a shame.

After ski hours spa gets crowded as it is probably in most spas in ski resorts.

I stayed here to run the Spartan race and the location is just a five minute walk from the start point and finish line, right in the center of the action. The hotel has a lovely vibe and truly makes you feel you’re in the Pyrenees. The room was very spacious, the views were amazing, and the facilities made my trip extra special. Breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was so-so The rooms were decorated in a rather old-fashioned way and there was not enough light to read and work. Just on the basis of the rooms I would score in more 3*+ than 4* It would have been nice to have more info in the room on local attractions

Quaint and authentic is how I would describe the hotel but could do with a bit of updating. Parking very tight. Pool was nice but changing area a bit tired and whole complex not as luxury as we expected for the price we paid. Lovely breakfast selection.

The hotel's SPA is very satisfactory, and the hotel staff are also very hospitable. The location of the hotel is also very good, we easily found supermarkets, restaurants and the cable car station nearby. The hotel also reserved a parking space for us.

The Wi-Fi is not good.

Room with a serious problem: there is no air conditioning and it gets hot at night. I had to open the window and balcony door to cool down. Fortunately there is no noise in the surroundings

Stayed at the hotel during a Spartan Race. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - served breakfast earlier on the race day for all the runners staying at their hotel.

The facilites are a bit outdated. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.
