Let me save you some time, stop looking elsewhere, this hotel is PERFECT. The location - it's literally a 3 minute, flat walk, across the road to the beach, 4 minutes from the ferry and the wonderful town of Skopelos and all of it's amenities, including the regular bus service (in the summer it was running from 7am to 1am, every day and at least every 20 minutes). There are many restaurants, artisan and ice cream shops in this town, everything was so close to the hotel. Having said that I was never disturbed by any noise, as the rooms are set slightly back from the main road. The rooms - are basic but have everything you need, including an incredibly comfortable and pillows, ensuite bathrooms with great water pressure and hot water, the aircon worked really well - after a month travelling through Romania and Greece this was the first time I had experienced this! The breakfast - a full buffet breakfast is offered from 8am until 10.30am and always had a great choice, from fresh fruit and yogurt, to bread, cheese, tomatoes, jam, boiled eggs and cereal, juice and coffee...and there was always an extra sweet option, such as cake or donuts! Cleanliness - the room was spotless upon arrival and there was a daily maid service, with bedding changed every other day and a change of towels on the day the bedding wasn't changed. Staff - I cannot express this enough, all of the staff were FANTASTIC - so genuinely friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. This included the ladies cleaning my room, the management, the poolside bar staff, the lady at breakfast and the receptionist. I was made to feel so very welcome, again, as a single traveller I hadn't experienced such a welcome all summer either! Wifi - I used this a lot! It was always a strong connection. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have recommended this hotel to all of my traveller friends.

Great central location with a basic unimaginative breakfast.

Banging noises that kept us awake from 4am - loose shutters, but the wind was the real culprit!

The location was perfect, close to the beautiful city, yet we had a pool and nice privacy. The staff was nice, helpful and responsive.

The hotel was a bit worn out, we missed a better refridgerator, and more/better closet room. We couldn't move our stuff out of the suitcases due to lacking cupboard room and hangers.

I left my beautiful blue hat with peacock feathers, in the wardrobe I wish to come next yearend wondering if you can keep it for me.

The location of the hotel is fantastic a two minute walk from the harbour when arriving by ferry from the other islands. It is a short stroll to the town, shops and restaurants are all on the doorstep. The pool area was excellent, very clean and lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception people should be trained how to welcome guests. The hotel is nice if you would be welcomed by friendly staff. It is easy to learn and the hotel would get much more points

Basic accommodation and probably priced to suit, staff were very accommodating and extending my stay wasn't a problem.

I booked 2 rooms with pool view, only 1 room had pool view but my friend was happy although it wasn't what I paid for..

Nice room, spacious, clean. Right next to the harbor, with all the restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The sound insulation is not that good. The cleaning lady was cleaning next door, talking on the phone, on speaker. Very loud and woke me up.

Location and balcony.

No kettle for coffee/tea first thing in morning. Could not use pool during our 3 day stay as not working.
