The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated in a cozy mountain style, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel overall is well-maintained and charming, and the general experience was positive. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Predeal!

WiFi on the 3rd floor was quite slow — around 15 Mbps — which might not be ideal for remote work or streaming. Also, the lighting system in the room is a bit unusual: switches control several lights at once, not individually, and some of the lights near the bed behaved erratically. The balcony is spacious, but shared with neighboring rooms, which affects privacy.

We enjoyed staying here, the room was very spacious, very modern, every staff was very polite. The hotel is in an area where you have a lot of fresh air and most importantly quiet. I loved the fact that they use bathroom products from Rituals. 😁 We only ate the breakfast at the restaurant from the hotel but it was delicious, also the best cappuccino ever ! Whenever we're back in Predeal, for sure we'll choose this hotel !

Newly refurnished interior, room was clean,the bed was confortable,the bathroom very clean and well equiped, a relax restaurant  athmosfere with proper music selection, clean spa area.

Was very hot in the room (the room temperature is control only at hotel level) and we had to sleep with the opened window. The water in the jacuzzi had an unpleasant smell.

The swimming pool is great temperature for kids, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always great and diverse, the dinner was 5 star . Overall I believe it should be rated 7 stars, it’s superb !!!

The spa pool was a bit small and the jacuzzi/hammam did not work from time to time. Apparently some issue with the electrical panel.

The staff is very friendly, everything was clean and laid out in a very pleasant way. The food is great and the restaurant has a nice view. It is a pleasure to stay there.

Nice location, great view, good for family. Loved the saunas. Good food, awesome staff. Sadly this time the water in pool was a little too cold for my child. But still, we had a great time!

The room and all the facilities are very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff is very helpful.

The location, parking lot right in front of the hotel, peaceful balcony, good breakfast with great coffee, friendly staff, exceptionally comfortable beds, very stylish and newly refurbished interior, nice bathroom, overall high degree of cleanliness

We could not find the opening hours of the spa area neither on the website but in the information booklet in the room. However, reception staff was very friendly to help. Also, it would have been nice to have some chairs (or a second chair in the room) to sit in the balcony to enjoy the sunset.

for Spa area it is needed more attention, we stayed 4 days and never found somebody on Spa reception, from two hot-dry saunas only one was working, in humid sauna there is an unpleasant smell and also pipes left on sight, in jacuzzi only in first day the air bubbles functioned well. Owners and Staff need to focus more for Spa area.
