Pretty much everything went well. I have zero complaints; my wife loved it, which is essential, and the kids did not want to leave. That is vital. The staff were courteous and well-behaved, and the place was clean and very comfy. The only niggle the wife had was that the toaster in the room did not work on the day we arrived, but that was sorted as soon as we pointed it out. I would recommend in a heartbeat, and if I'm visiting Barcelona again with my family, we have a home to stay at.

This is not a complaint and has been a recurring theme in my travels around Europe. I'd be happier if the TV had Netflix (or YouTube) so the kids wouldn't spend time on their tablets, and wecouldn watch family movies together. As things were, I sorted the issue by walking to a CeX that was not too far away and buying a Chromecast.

We liked everything about the hotel. The blackout outer blinds are a perfect solution! The breakfast was awesome every day. Hosts are beyond helpful - they were a godsend for us. The beds, sofa and chairs are comfortable, the kitchenette is good. We didn't try the dishwasher, but it is important to note it is there. It was very, very clean. There are power sockets near the bed, a built in ash-tray on the balcony, elevator and stairs, window in the bathroom for better ventilation.

It takes a while for the hot water to reach the bathroom. The terrace could use a handle on the outside of the door so you can securely close it while on the balcony. The pool is quite cold for April.

Clean and cozy hotel with great pool and nice roof view of the city. Good location and access to metro and bus. Nearby markets and supermarkets. Great atmosphere and restaurant in hotel. Facilities were good and hotel staff were nice and friendly. Both day and night shift staff specially Yasin were helpful, kind and nice. I Recommend this hotel for families.

Some kitchen accessories were missing like salt or pepper. It was also emphasized that the guests must clean up everything before they leave or they will be charged through visa card extra. This give an anxiety that is not necessary. Although I cleaned after my stay, yet I have the anxiety that my visa card is going to be charged. It is not yet charged extra and I hope it remains this way.

It was much more than we expected! The apartment was really big, clean, light comfortable! We found everything what you need and even more! The iron, dryer, grater, all kitchen utensils including a wine opener. Big closet and a lot of storage space! There is comfortable swimming pool on the roof. In our opinion the location is wonderful! Its not the center of the Barcelona and thanks for it its very calm and quite location! There is two stations near hotel: one for trains (wich are urban public transport in Barcelona) and Metro Av. Carrilet. 20 minets to main square Espanya. There is big product shop in 5 minets walk from the hotel. Also several minishops with fruits and vegetables. The main beach is dirty, too crowded and unsafe because of the theft. But if you walk 15 minets to train station Bellvitge you can use train number R2S and in about 20 minets you will be on beautiful clean beach Platja de Castelldefels or one station farther Garraf wich is small but very clean, comfortable and safe! The breakfast was excellent! The pool on the roof was very good and the view from there was great. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The location of the hotel is quite good. The metro is 5 walking minutes and from there you get every sightseeing. The staff are friendly, just only the guy at the reception desk was not friendly…. Overall I recommend this hotel!!!

Location ideal for traveling into the centre and to the tourist attractions by underground. Trains are frequent, clean and cost-effective. Apartment is cleaned regularly. Swimming pool is large enough to swim in and not very busy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance

Could occasionally hear other residents, but only because they were a large group and only for 2 nights or of a fortnight's stay

Big apartment, beautiful swimming pool with amazing views, very clean, welcoming staff, everything went smooth. Would definitely come back as a family, proximity to metro.

Would be nice to have basics as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

welcoming friendly check-in from English speaking staff. he also booked big taxi van for us to leave early the next morning (van had to fit in 2x large bike boxes). kitchenette was fabulous, large queen sized bed was v comfortable with great pillows, lots towels, good lifts up. large windows that open out onto central atrium tho not as good as if they had opened out to outside natural air, good wifi. close to airport for easy taxi transfer. 24 hour check-in.

air conditioning wasn’t that cooling despite all windows closed. tricky driving to entrance which is not located on main road. no guaranteed parking spot (so we didnt use it).

The hotel and room were impeccable. We had perfect conditions, and we had all we needed. The employees we met were very friendly, respectful and helpful. Marco, at the reception, was very professional and kind. The room was spacious, with furniture, a bed, air conditioning, and a kitchen in optimal conditions. It was very comfortable.

It is not close to the city centre, and it was like a 10-minute walk to the nearest train (metro) station. The hotel's elevators were small.

Very clean apartment, we had everything we needed such us e.g fridge, washing machine, utensils. The sleep was a nice and quiet. The roof pool had spectacular city view. The location is a bit far away from the city centre but we used metro all the time. Just buy T10 travel card. I will stay again during my next Barcelona visit.
