The hotel is in perfect location, the enterior is high quality, staff was very helpful and breakfast was very delicious.

There were no robes and slippers in the room which surprised us. Although the staff in the reception have easily sorted this issue. Also, the complimentary sauna was only open from 18:00 till 23:00 which is very incovenient. We wanted to use it after breakfast, but it was closed. Moreover, radisson website advises sauna’s opening time is 18:00-00:00, so the information online isn’t up to date.

I am use to stay at this radisson everythime I have to visit my clients in kaunas so I was already totally aware about quality of this hotel; I really like the global high standard of spaces ( room, gym, lobby ) and the breakfast is very high standard.

After many positive experiences, this time I had the bad luck to meet with a very unpolite girl at reception who should change her work as she in not the right person to have direct contact with client. I spent everymorning discussing about parking while she was "busy" watching youtube videos at reception....very very unprofessional...

Very close to the heart of the city, parking is near by, you can reach Zalgirio arena just by walking. I like breakfast (fresh juice, very good coffe mashine).

The hotel quite old, rooms are extreamly small. I didn’t have good view from room’s window. I like to make tea before going bed, for this I was needed to use espresso caps, as no bigger cups in the room, but hotel offers the tea bags. It is strange. Be careful with parking: it is much cheapper to pay for parking in the hotel (8eur/day), but before drive out local parking system can ask you to pay different price, much more bigger, as no integration between parking system and hotel parking reservation - you will need to call parking help or ask to call them on hotel reception with purpose they accept hotel reservation and then manually adjust the amount you need to pay on exit parking. Too complicated, or not?

The staff were absolutely amazing at the hotel. Very lovely welcoming reception staff, bar staff were exceptional and always with a smile especially a blonde lady who kindly helped me at the breakfast, cleaners were excellent and beyond helpful. I couldn’t do my compression garment up after my op so i rang reception at late hours for some help and as the lady was alone she asked if i dont mind having a security guy to come up and help, and of course he rushed to my rescue without any hesitation. I can’t thank enough to all hotel staff who made me feel at home and very safe and cared for. Thank you so much and very well done!

Room was as expected for a Radisson - very good. Bathroom good, well appointed. Breakfast was Excellent - genuinely the best range of cuisine I have ever seen at a hotel PLUS they will make you a specific dish if you don't fancy the buffet or continental style. I had eggs benedict several times - I was approached by the server and asked if I would like something not displayed - very impressive!

I travelled to Kaunas for a medical procedure on my knee, for a few days I was severely restricted in my movement (on crutches) I would have been good if there was a room service menu for food instead of having to order take-away deliveries. Restaurant menu a little limited when you are there for 10 days, but food excellent.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and has a bus stop right outside.

We were offered a ‘green’ incentive of a complementary drink during our stay to opt out from having our room cleaned every day. The vouchers we received were for a soft drink only so didn’t really appeal as much of an incentive. During our stay we booked because we like to go back to the hotel bar for a drink after a day of exploring. One evening they had an event on with at least 50 plus guests attending the bar which put us off as we felt we were intruding/wasn’t relaxing and couldn’t get served at the bar for over 15 minutes due to the amount of people. The other nights were great and relaxing - cocktails were also lovely.

It was cold outside. (which the hotel cannot help) and parking space was limited (which is also... the hotel could not help)

I like everything, the friendly staff, the best location, exceptional services and many more.

Probably I'll need anyway to leave a note about the food poisoning my son had during our stay. The pie served during the breakfast was half heated and my son had it all. We had to call the maintenance team to take care of our suit. Then it took 4 days for my son to recover from fp. Please, pay close attention to the food served to your guests. In all other way everything was just excellent 👌🤗🙌

Everything was really good, spacious room, flatscreen tv, tasty breakfast, location. Although we got twin bed instead of double which was requested, but we asked to join the beds, and receptionist imediatelly called a colleague and fixed this issue for us.

It was a new years eve, and we were unlucky to have neighbours who was listening to the music really loud all night so it was really hard to sleep. We were thinking about calling the reception but decided not to, and I believe we did a good thing because when I told this while checking out, receptionist told me we should have called so they could change our room. I wouldn't be happy to change my room at 3am in my pjs being 26 weeks pregnant and with our stuff all over the room. So it was weird for me - because they wouldn't do anything about people who was breaking the rules. Or maybe there is no rule? It definitely sounded like a party.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very helpful to my needs The staff were accommodating. I booked the hotel for 17 nights with breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and helped me when I needed I also had evening meals there most nights. The food was very nice and the menu well thought out.

When I booked I could not find any rooms available for someone needing assistance. I really needed a disability room for the higher toilet etc. I managed in the normal room but it would have been better in the correct room.
