The hotel is located in a breathtaking spot on a hillside surrounded by nature. It’s a newly built and very stylish property — in fact, I’d say it’s one of the most beautifully designed hotels in the area. I was given a room on the top floor, which felt spacious and airy with high ceilings. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which is quite rare in hotels and a big plus. The room also had a large TV that doubles as digital artwork when turned off — a really nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and the possibility to order eggs prepared to your liking.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the staff. When I arrived, the person at reception spoke barely any English and seemed very inexperienced — perhaps even on their first day. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the receptionist constantly flipping through handwritten notes. I wasn’t given any real information about the hotel and had to find everything myself by scanning a QR code on the key card and exploring their web app.

The staff are all incredible and take care of you from start to finish. The breakfast is amazing. My wife has dairy and egg allergies but even so got a fabulous breakfast every day - which is typically difficult in most hotels. Spa facilities are excellent.

Like absolutely everything. If there was one extra thing then a hot tub at the spa would be a big bonus. But it’s hard to dislike anything. This place is superb

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing, offering a great variety and delicious flavors. The hotel’s location is fantastic, allowing us to reach most of the cool places within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to get a room with a beautiful view of the forest.

The owner ans staff are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. The room is amazing, and the filter coffee offered in the room is an delightful start of the day. The breakfast is great and we also had the flexibility to book the dinner at the hotel based on our plan of the day. The dinner is of great quality and very good value for money! The cocktails offered at the bar cannot be missed as well. Overall, everything is super organised at this boutique hotel. Will come back again!

We had a terrible stay in a place in Zell am see, which we cancelled after 1 night and found Goldstuck. What a breath of fresh air it was coming here, an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing hospitality, the only real shame is we only had the one night here! We would love to visit again!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

An outstanding Hotel which met all of our expectations! The rooms are really new, modern equipped and very clean. There are a lot of personal details from the hosts everywhere you go. The service is fantastic and feels very familiar. There is a really big variety in the breakfast menu and everything is fresh an really tasty. There is the option to have dinner at the hotel which is a changing menu everyday you can grab from the buffet but there are also some restaurants near by which you can reach by food. As the hotel is located in the valley it’s the perfect starting point for skiing, hiking or biking. I can only recommend visiting that place!

The only little thing what was missing was a fridge in the room

Hotel with a very nice design, but with insufficient seats for dinner. unfortunately, not all staff are dedicated to the needs of the tourist, the owner being the most helpful, giving us information about the surroundings and activities. Breakfast was good but limited and dinner, although it offered few dishes, was delicious.

The hotel is modern and thoughtfully decorated with comfort and homeliness in mind. The staff friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault the place

The temperature of the outdoor swimming pool was a touch too cool to swim in for any length of time.

Very nice hotel with good energy and atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and the big plus for me was the Bluetooth speaker that allows you to create an even better atmosphere in your room. The spa and pool are perfect. There is even a cold mountain stream next to the pool. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff and the owner Andreas were very friendly. I will definitely come back when visiting this area again.

I love this place as all. Design, care about guest, hospitality, pool and sauna was great. It was very nice experience to spent relaxing time after day exercises on mountain's. Thank you again for really nice stay in your hotel.
