Location. Just a few meters from the train station. Staff: Man at the desk was very attentive to my stay. I arrived just after normal hours but before 2300 closure, I called the number, and he already had me on camera and opened the door for me to enter. I had a very long travel day - missed connections - so was not really looking to go out to unwind so he got me a beer to have in the breakfast area. He also helped with my understanding the train I would need to take in the morning. 110% effort that is missing in a lot of places today. Decor: Quirky and cool. You need to visit to really appreciate all the little things they have in the lobby, the breakfast area, and even in the room.

Nothing important! But the one way mirrored glass shower wall was a bit strange... a mirror from the bedroom towards the shower but from the shower you can see into the room... it's dark but you can see... I was travelling alone so not an issue...

Convenient location near the station. Also easy walking to the Old Town Friendly staff

Illuminated glass desk top which would not switch off. When I eventually found a switch it continued to flash on and off through the night. I had to resort to taking my room key card out of the power slot. This meant that I could not use the fan, could not charge my phone or have any light during the night when going to the bathroom for example. I reported this three times but the problem was not resolved. Room extremely hot but improved when I found a fan in the room. This could have been mentioned on checking in.(The fan could not be used at night - see above).

It’s a very clean, modern and lovingly decorated hotel and restaurant complex with a Bavarian theme right on Bremen railway square. They offer breakfast, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms have everything you need.

The railway square is a popular gathering place in the evening and the noise can be a problem if your room faces the station. There are not a lot of eating options in the area, and it’s a good 15 minute walk to the old town.

Centrally located. Less than 5 mins to main train station and similar distance from tram stop from airport. Loads of shops in the close vicinity. Hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas. As I know this is important to some; room has kettle, cups and tea/ coffee

Better sound proofing needed. Can hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Checkout is 12 on a Sunday but a lil after 11 door was knocked. If checkout time is 12, not sure why door knocked earlier esp when can check at reception to see if room vacated which would inform if empty or not.

My room on the 5th floor was fabulous: spacious, cosy, and with a fantastic view. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The interior on the whole is truly fascinating and makes you stare at the walls and corners, expecting to discover various interesting details. Besides, the location is great: trams/buses/trains are right in front of you; a wonderful park, shops, restaurants, and the Old Town - within a 10 minute walk.

A traditional air conditioner would make a stay in summer more comfortable, although the cooling system still works well enough.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Located in front of the Bremen Haputbahnhof, it is easy to locate and easy access from the tram stops. It had a good selection for a typical continental breakfast. The host for a delightful person and she made usre everything was okay.

Excellent location and a good breakfast, even if I had to pay extra for it. I was very late in arriving, due to Deursche Bahn, but got information by sms on how to find my room. And this worked! Friendly staff and at least the “morning guy” spoke good English. The restaurant downstairs ga very friendly staff.

The hotel felt like a cozy grandma cottage, the breakfast and dinner were great There was even a teddy bear so my kid could play with it, it brought a lot of fun and happiness to my kid

The size of the room was small and too hot

Located behind the main station of Bremen, this typical Tirolean Hotel is really a nice place to stay. My room was small, but cosy, clean and well equipped. The staff is really friendly and professional. An ideal hotel when you visit the center of Bremen, especially the Freimarkt. Very recommended!

The room was pretty small, but this can be expected in the center of a city.

Location perfect. Room very modern and clean. Facilities excellent.

Very warm at night, struggled to get to sleep even with the fan on. Restaurant below hotel supposed to be very nice but did not have chance to go as it was too busy.
