Breakfast options were plentiful, delicious and well presented. Staff was exceptional; friendly, efficient and professional. Location was quiet and secure. Even with an event venue nearby, noise was not an issue. Gym was good. Vibe of place was clean and well cared for.

View out of room was over carport entrance area roof. Not the greatest but we werent in the room alot except to rest. It was light and bright in the room and was not a significant issue. After one event nearby ended, there were guests yelling in the hallway and banging on doors but that could happen anywhere.

The breakfast was okay — the waffles were very good. There were plenty of food choices. The property was modern, neat and clean. The location was great for our needs, and I appreciated the free and safe parking.

I didn’t care for the hot food options on the breakfast bar. The first night, there was a light over the desk that would not turn off. The desk clerk came to the room but was not able to turn it off. We ended up taping a brochure over the light. We had no Internet in our room. The facility was comfortable but far from luxurious.

The only reason you would stay at this hotel is if you were going to a concert at fiddlers Green. Otherwise, this part of Denver has absolutely no soul. That said, this hotel is sparklingly new, clean, quiet, and goes above and beyond for hospitality. And I actually slept two nights in a row —at a hotel!! To the welcoming cookie at check in to the fairly great breakfast where there are warm eggs/sausage, pastries, oatmeal and fresh fruit, the management really tries. It’s well done.

The horrendous sector of Denver this is in—but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s safe. It’s boring. No reason to visit unless going to the concert hall—across the street. That can’t be beat.

The location was in a nice part of a Denver suburb. It provided easy access to the highway and had a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby (within walking distance). The hotel was clean and the breakfast options were wonderful.

The only thing we didn't like is that one of the room's air conditioners wasn't really working that well. But, it wasn't hot outside. Other than that, there are no complaints.

Roll in shower was great. Room size nice.

Extremely noisy morning and evening with both kids screaming and parents cussing. Breakfast not what it used to be since it appeared to be “factory “ made. Plastic wrapped croissants and bagels. Etc

Location, close to Fiddler’s green, we went to concert there 2 nights in a row. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Everything was in walking distance.

Construction noise outside. They cleaned the carpets inside. So noise in both directions on a Saturday morning. Could the carpets wait for a weekday.

Every thing was perfect

Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am I would strongly suggest to discipline ur maids to come late we got there late night had to rooms and this house keeper keep banging the door that was the only bad thing

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.

Our stay with to be prepaid as an anniversary gift but unfortunately they didn't process payment prior to arrival mind you it was a gift. The gentleman is it at the front desk what is the professional but yet missed the mark when the other pre-authorized payment he's failed to process as requested. So when we arrived it was an issue with the card but after long debate he took the time to understand the situation and he took this in after an hour a back-and-forth discussion. The gentleman was very nice and I can see why he is employed with the Marriott

Non following through on authorization for prepayment. After much discussion and back and forth he finally checked us in, let me say that this is one of the nicer Marriott's in the area extremely clean courteous and a great area and the value isn't bad for what you get I would highly recommend this location for future stays. But any requests for pre-authorization for payment must be met with a confirmation number if you don't receive one demand one.

Location was great, easy access and close to the places we needed to go. Hotel was very new & modern looking & clean.

No hot tub. I had called in advanced to ask if there was a hot tub, was told yes but there wasn't. ☹️
