Overall, an excelent experience. The staff was great and super helpful to accomodate all my request, specially considering I was working very late hours and needed, for example, late room cleaning and super early breakfast. The hotel's facilities are great (machines on the gym a bit old, but it's tolerable) and the pool's amazing. Breakfast was good and room service was quite fast. Location is pretty good (albeit, not panoramic/scenic) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, even a pharmacy across the street.

The keycards for the rooms are just unrelaible. On five/six separate ocassions they just "stopped working", one when I wasn't dressed properly at all to go to the reception and ask for it to be reprogramed. Staff claimed it was due to "putting it next to the phone" but in many ocassions it just stopped working. The area around the hotel, while safe, is not nice to "see" at all - so keep this in mind if you're looking for pleasant views.

I loved everything. It was perfect. Always it is so good to be home away from home and yet feel so productive and relaxed. I love the room. The way the room faces the water bodies always makes me feel nostalgic and makes me feel at peace. The amount of quality work I am able to get done when I am there is amazing. I miss the place especially that I am out of the country at present.

The team is flexible. I liked everything. It is a good place to stay.

Large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is extensive with western and eastern dishes. The swimming pool is quite nice and the gym is well equipped. Room service and the Buffalo's restaurant next to the lobby are both very good meal options. There are also a multitude of good restaurants in walking distance.

Nice Location; Great staff. Akshad was very hospitable staff and did our check in smooth and fast.

2 things to be improved. 1) Water heater was having some problem. Hot water was not hot enough. But the maintenance team got it rectified. 2) Toilet Faucet is unusual design (slide open) and not push to open. So, the toilet got wet with water spray on the floor.

The room size, cleanliness and the Buffalo's restaurant were all quite good.

The Internet was very poor. My calls were getting cut and I could not have a steady meeting with this internet connection. It was very slow and kept cutting off frequently.

All the facilities and services of the hotel are available, as advertised on booking.com. (It is an excellent medium-size 4 star hotel with all facilities needed for work-related travel). Hotel is located on a street with lot of services (convenient stores, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc), all in walking distance range. Shaded car parking available.

The swimming pool timings are 10 AM - 10 PM. There is no life guard (as per the signboard, which is fine, as it is a medium-small sized nice pool), so it could have been open for a longer duration (e.g. 6 AM - midnight). WiFi was occasionally a bit slower, but got the job done.

Room was very big and comfortable, gym was ok, could have had more equipment inside, never used the indoor pool. Breakfast was usual Asian based foods. Location was good as near lots of restaurants and for where I wanted to go to. Staff were very polite and helpful. Check in and out was very easy.

Staff was friendly, helpful, informative & eager. Every member of the staff was exceptional in my encounters with them.

Breakfast was not edible at all, and coffee was not included. I'm giving it a pass because it was Ramadan, but nothing on it was something a person should put in their body, with the exception of the fruit.

Hotel Staff was exceptional, from Lobby to Security all very nice and very friendly. Take Ankit Sharma for instance, very helpful with all the paperworks. Always smiling and a nice word, like the rest of the crew.

The WLan took a turn to bad during my stay. That´s all that was negativ.
