Nice hotel, nice room. Incredibly helpful staff, the real added value. Good breakfast and nice bar at the back.

The hotel is well positioned right in front of the bus station and is within walking distance to the main train station. However, the proximity to the bus station makes it that there is a constant honking from busses and cars. It honks all over India at any given time, yes, but it could be better.

Could do a lil more attention to the toilet and bath. Maybe, house keeping needs a checklist. Like preparing the room for a double occupancy when the booking is for 2. Of course, they had obliged, but had to be reminded and avoided the unnecessary running around. The beds were very comfortable.

Only the bathroom which did not have anti slip mats. Kind of important for seniors.

Great room, quite superior to anything else that has comparable price in terms of spaciousness and comfort. It had international sockets so I could charge all my devices at once without adapters. It also had a real western-style shower, which is not common in the area. The staff was amazing and helped me a lot when I had to charge my phone after check-out due to unforeseen issues with my travel plans, they also held luggage for me and let me stay in the lobby while waiting for a sleeper bus from the nearby stands. I also had dinner at the cafe, which had reasonable prices and tasted good (very spicy though, at least the soup I got).

Nothing to dislike honestly.

Right in the heart of the city. The staff was very good and helpful. I love the fact that Lemon Tree has employed specially abled staff; Salute to them for a wonderful service.

Suggestion - Since the location is a bit noisy due to the loud bus horking, The window glasses can be the sound proof window glass (Eg. Saint-Gobain glass)

The stay was extremely nice. Very Friendly staff. All very welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and I loved the lemon scent. The food was amazing as well, definitely can recommend. Also very suitable for international guests.

It's a three star hotel and good amenities and staff. The hotel is clean - rooms, lobby, etc. Morning breakfast was good and they have small bar on the premises.

There were lot of confusion with final bill during checkout and I witnessed same thing for many guests during the stay.

F&B service (food presentation and taste, ambience, cleanliness and staff courtesy) was excellent. The buffet breakfast spread was excellent.

It was a complete package. Even customised items were served in request. I loved it.

The breakfast was average good. There were variety of food. The staff in the restaurant was very accommodating. Kudos to the management team for giving chance to the workers who can't speak or hear. We are very pleased to be served by them.

The area was near to central bus station. Was quiet noisy in the morning time.

We stayed in this Hotel on 26th Jan and we like this Hotel. Decent for family and highly recommend. Total service is excellent, Staff is kind, and big asset to the property. Breakfast is Top Notch here and i would highly recommend for others. I Could see more Foreigners in this Hotel and its recommended as well. I would highly appreciate Anand from Sales team , who helped us in sorting the Car Parking and taken care of reservations. Keep it up Team.

We reached quite late. No bell boys to assist with luggage. Corridor to room was filled with used plates and food.by the rooms.
