The location is just great. Only 5 minutes to the old town, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to a variety of restaurants and 10 minutes to the market. Street and house were quiet, possibly because it is afterseason right now. The apartment is not big but efficiently furnished even leaving space for our luggage. We appreciated the balcony. Bathroom, bed and WIFI were OK.

Looking at the description, the kitchen provides an oven (dirty), 4 heating plates (not possible to switch on), a water heater and refrigerator (OK), kitchen ware (not even enough for 2 persons). You need to be very flexible to do something out of it.

Excellent location, probably the best possible—close to the ocean, the beach, and the Medina. A modern, very clean apartment with very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything in the apartment was new and perfect, but the shower and sink drains were clogged. During a shower, water would overflow onto the floor and reach the room. One of the rooms was missing a door handle, so it’s a good thing I wasn’t alone—I got locked inside with no way out.

This was a nice experience for me. As everyone says, Hind is a wonderful hostess and her sweet family helps out too in quite a kind way. (But please note, this is not an aparthotel, contrary to what booking says, it is a residence.) ) The studio is agreeably decorated in lovely colors and it is great to have the view of the sea and the sunsets. I enjoyed that a lot. It is maybe 200 meters to the nice medina, good sunset viewpoints, and the charming central market. All in all it is a very pleasant environment. The bed is good too; I am older and have painful problems but they improved while I was staying there The biggest drawback is the noise from the beach road in front. I played the youtube program on the tv to soften it, and closing the glass door to the verandah helps too. You can hear noisy guests in other apartments but that happened rarely. I would have liked a more generous supply of hot water too. But that aside, it was a good choice and a restful refuge from traveling alone in Morocco!

My second year in this property and I really appreciate the consistency of its good service. You won’t be wrong about choosing Residence Puerto Marina for your next holiday vacation in the beautiful Asilah. This property facing the ocean and few steps away from the medina (old town), has self contained, super clean and affordable apartments hard to find in the area. The couple in charge of the management of this property is very accommodating, doing what ever they can to make you feel happy, safe and comfortable.

A small detail to be improved is the weakness of the wifi in some of the apartments.

I absolutely loved the apartment, sea view, and an absolutely amazing place. This was something else. The apartment was clean and spotless, and smelled really good. The staff were awesome. They really went out of their to accommodate us, and I we just can't wait to go back there.

There was nothing not to like. The apartment is built to high specification and its very comfortable and secure. I was a bit sceptical at first fearing that ot may not be as uou see on booking .com , but it did exceed my expectations and both of us are recommending to family and friends

Brilliant location with actual sea view from the balcony, very clean, spotless, and apartment had everything we needed. Bed a little hard but otherwise all absolutely great. Property felt very secure with key fobs needed to enter building and lift. Parking I think only comes with certain rooms but there is ample on-street parking and a guardian there constantly to look out for your car. Cafe at the bottom of the building was great for coffee and breakfast.

I rented a studio room with an ocean view for 2 nights. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Medina. The staff were very responsive and helpful. If I hadn't needed to visit Tangier, I would have stayed here for an additional 2 days. I highly recommend this place and will stay here if I visit Asilah again.

absolutely 5 star, 3 min walk into the medina, well light and extremely safe area day and night, very spacious apartment with views over the new marina, quiet building, electric blinds and sun blocking curtains in all the rooms, very clean, sheets and towels all provided, we were two female friends and never for one minute felt unsafe, great bar and restaurant below which opens at 08.30 and plenty of parking

The room is good with a kitchenette, a water kettle, … and a balcony with a sea view. We caught a beautiful sunset! Great location… 5 minute walk to a good restaurant, Cafe Jawhara, 10 minute walk to Cafe Daya by the sea, and 10 minute walk to the Medina. But the hostess, Hind, is what made the place special. She’s sooo sweet! 🥰 She recommended those great restaurants and a hammam to get body scrubs and massage. There are other hosts, I’m sure; but we’re lucky to have her. Will definitely come back if we go to Morocco again!
