Friendly staff, great quick easy coffee, pastry set up, cozy place, outside seating awesome, lovely place highly recommended, have rented there twice, once in June for four days with the kitchenette and just this past week in August smaller room for three days.

Just wish the AC weren’t so loud, when there on can’t hear the tv or the person in the next bed to talk.

Great little motel off the road to go to Ocean City. The room was small but well equipped, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and tub/shower combo. We also appreciated the parking spot right in front of our room. The staff was very nice and check in/out was a breeze. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay!

enjoyed the limited breakfast. liked the self service coffee and the orange juice was very good.the pastries were fresh and the fruit was nice. the breakfast started our day off nicely. we borrowed a toaster from the motel to toast our bagels we brought along. it worked okay but it was old and rusty. surely it would not been a major expense to have a decent looking one, but it did its job. the room was neat and clean and we saw no bugs. plenty of fresh towels were given and the staff was very friendly. I would book this motel again as it was a good value and we had no issues.

the toilet could have been more modern and higher. The second bed in the room was not needed and it could have been remove to give us more room but we lived with it. these were minor gripes and we did enjoy our 3 day stay at your motel.

The owners have really done an incredible job with this property. It’s so cute, so clean, and QUIET in the rooms. Location was perfect for our needs and close to the beach and many stores and restaurants.

At this price point, it’s hard to find anything to complain about — everything was as expected or better. I suppose I would’ve liked some kind of protein option at breakfast and hair dryer in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and had both a fridge and a microwave. Since the weather was great, the hosts had coffee outside with some Little Debbie pastries for a quick breakfast. The host, Jennifer, was really nice and considerate, texted about arrival times and made sure we were happy with our stay.

Convenient location right at the Parkway entrance/exit. Rooms are simple, clean and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doesn’t have a pool, but we’re down for the beach and boards. Coffee, tea and light goodies provided each morning under a shade tree. Works for us.

WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Difficultly getting into the entrance, busy traffic road getting out no problem.

Good location but a little tricky getting in due to the traffic light right in front.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better and room could have used some drawers. Otherwise we were very happy!

We've stayed here quite a few times and we love it. It's clean, rooms are cute and comfortable and the owners/staff are friendly and helpful. Great location too!

Loved everything, but I have a small recommendation-would like a full length mirror in the room.
