Everything was fantastic! I needed a bottle opener for some hard cider I had purchased and brought back to the room. I wasn't thinking that it wasn't a twist off. I called the front desk and the clerk (I didn't get her name but certainly wish I did because she was AWESOME) met me at the breakfast area so I could use the bottle opener! She offered to bring it to my room, but we were very close so I just told her I'd meet her there! She was so kind and friendly!!

We stay here every time we visit our daughter who attends college at ENMU 2 minutes away. In our opinion this is the BEST Hotel in town. Always so clean! Rooms are very comfortable! Always a clean comfortable fresh bed. The Full Breakfast is great. staff is always helpful and professional. Not one complaint.

Excellent customer service. I want to specifically acknowledge Noah. We stayed for four nights, and each morning we saw Noah greeting and helping guests in such a kind and positive way. Great experience!

Breakfast was adequate

Night staff seemed to permit non-hotel patrons use of the lobby and general facilities. Unnerving. Issue was brought forward and addressed / resolved.

Very good breakfast. Good location and centrally located close to anything in the town.

The water pressure was very low for the showers. We stayed in two different rooms, one on the first floor and one on the fourth floor and they both had very low water pressure.

The facilities were very clean, room was cozy and quiet. Breakfast was decent, but could have more hot meal options. Location was centrally located and easy to find.
