Nice room, beds were comfy, bedding and pillows were comfy. Nice Dove shampoos and shower gels. Lovely Pool and Jacuzzi and gym. Plenty of parking. Great location as we wanted to be close to Eastern New Mexico University.

Breakfast was poor. Only a small selection of hot food which was very basic. Most mornings no juice available. Train going past at all hours was v noisy and shook hotel at times!

I love the pool & hot tub. Absolutely love how it is usually always nice & clean too. I love the choice of hair care & body wash products that are provided. Water pressure for showers are nice.

The price is still pretty high. $160 with a refundable incidental fee that I never had refunded back to me which was very upsetting. Breakfast Could use improvement because the eggs are usually over cooked & burnt and also the sausage was really dry. An investment in a waffle maker instead of a pancake machine that is extremely slow, would be a good idea.

The cleanliness, the Dove products were awesome, that breakfast was included and was fantastic, gym and pool (which sadly I didn't have time for), and ease of checkin/checkout. I also like the door to the whole bathroom! Thank you for that!

So minor, but we only had 3 kleenex left in the box and only had half a roll of tp. We had to catch a housekeeping person to ask for more. Would be nice if 1 extra was already stocked.

I hade absolutely zero things I didn't like. everything was great and I would highly recommend a stay at this location. the king size beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

Staff was great. Night shift on 8/16 and morning shift on 8/17 customer service with a smile. Loc ation was so convenient to university. The pancke machine

The rooms are always clean. The beds and linens are always perfect and the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. its quiet and very relaxing

Very very clean amazing staff especially the guy with the red beard he went over and beyond for me to have a safe stay when I told him I fell in the bathtub the first day there
