right across from a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Had a junior suite - a separate ensuite bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (cannot cook as there are no utensils/pots and tap does not work properly) and terrace. Makes excellent omelette and fried eggs.

Breakfast very average in variety (lots of cheeses, olives, local sausages, salad, tomotoes, cucumber and average bread) and no toaster for bread. Cannot cook or have a basic tub of yogurt as no tea spoons provided. No option for twin beds for the junior suite (the second bed in a sofa bed which is not comfortable and located in the living room).

Over the past five years, I have stayed at Nidya Hotel Esenyurt on many occasions, and I can say with confidence that it deserves all of its five-star reviews. This place isn’t just a hotel – it feels like home. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. The services and overall experience have been consistently excellent over the years, with no signs of this changing in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul – it's a place you'll want to return to again and again.

- Perfect location near Akbati Mall and many restaurants - Nice swimming pool - Clean and good size room - I’d like to thank the housekeeper (unfortunately I forgot to take her name) she was in the 12th floor during our stay, she was so nice and friendly. - The guys in the reception were so helpful and friendly ( Emrah and Hasim ) - Overall all the staff were friendly - I will come again

- They have strange rules that we are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside - We had to sign a paper that they want to use our personal data and information. However, either you can accept it or not - There was no toiletries - There were just paper cup, no glasses cups - No tissue in the room These are not bad things and it will not affect your stay but I had to mention it FYI.

This was my second time staying in Nidya Hotel. I stayed for 9 nights with my daughter. It felt like staying at home. We really enjoyed our stay. The best thing I would like to comment on is the professionalism of the staff. The staff are very polite, cooperative and helpful. They properly guide you on questions asked. Hashim and all the staff on the main desk were amazing. The hotel is always kept very clean. Breakfast is full of a variety of food. The location is central to all the main places in the Bacesehir district. Akbati Mall is in front of it, so shopping is quick and easy. I rate it 10 out of 10 for the value for money and will choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul.

Rooms are quiet. Staffs are nice especially the bellboy.

- The room floor was not so clean. - We were going out so asked for an iron and ironing board once, then again after 20 minutes. They receptionist assured he will send it immediately. We went out after waiting for another 15 minutes. When we came back we found them in the room. I wonder why they didn’t send them when we asked for them? - I went to the swimming pool. The receptionist girl told me that I need to wear swimming cap. I said I haven’t got any. She offered me one for TL100. It is first time I know it is necessary before I swim in a pool. I thought it is always optional.

It was a good hotel and value for money,the kitchen staff and pool staff were exceptional. I was at the hotel on my BIRTHDAY and they send me a plate full of fresh food and a card saying Happy Birthday.

Do not book it if you want to cook. It says there is kitchen and you can prepare meals, but they are no pots or pan. Therefore no cooking, when we asked the receptionist they said they have stop allowing guests to use the kitchen, therefore we cannot use it, I advise do not go thinking you will cook, however there is big fridge and NO MICROWAVE.

The room was very nice. Stayed at the topfloor and there is a balcony for every room with a nice view. The personel is very friendly and quick. The restaurant has a nice menu and enough drinks to choose from and quality of food was very nice. A nice shopping mall opposite of the hotel where you can find anything you need.

To get to your room you have to take 2 different elevators. The lobby is not a nice entrance.

The staff were very polite, helpful and communicated well. I especially want to give a special thanks to Hanifi, one of the managers, who is a wonderful man with a true spirit of hospitality. The valet staff also were extremely professional and courteous.

The only frustrating thing was the lack of bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo); however when requested the staff did promptly refill. The other drawback was that the thermostat was broken, but with the options of open doors, it was still comfortable. Thanks

The hotel location next to the Akbati mall was very convenient for my family's long stay. Dilek, the operations manager was gracious in accepting our small complaints and ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. Moreover, The hotel provided safe stay and comfortable environment for our extended stay, nice swimming pool, .. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast had enough options for eating enough so we could venture into Istanbul till the next meal. The fitness gym and the swimming pool were mostly for ourselves. The hotel is right next to Akbati Mall. The parking valet was very friendly and reliable.

The room had some wear and tear signs but other than that everything was ok.
