Very well maintained, and very quiet despite being in town. Fantastic and charming breakfast, and several quiet places to relax in the courtyard or at the pool (which is small but refreshing and relaxing). Also, the staff are exceptionally nice. Whether serving breakfast or answering a question or helping with a taxi, cheerful, attentive, helpful. Great playlist, nice ambiance all around.

The only „downside“ is that there is no parking, and on the streets around it is residents only… one has to park at the public lot 10 min away by foot. It is a little winding and confusing to walk (bring the map). This is good exercise, and the walk is charming. But, I was there in 98F. :) in fairness, I am not sure the other hotels are any different in Arta, and the charming town center is worth it!

A true hidden gem in the heart of Artà. My stay at Yartan Boutique Hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Blanca was incredibly friendly and made everything feel so personal and genuine—her warmth truly set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning: a beautifully restored building full of charm, character, and calm. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Mallorcan elements with modern comfort. It’s a place where you instantly relax. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and served by a kind and attentive team who made each morning feel special. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and authentic hospitality in Mallorca, I can’t recommend Yartan Boutique Hotel enough. I left feeling completely refreshed—and already dreaming about coming back.

there’s so much to love. we travel a lot and this is up there with one of the best 5 stars we have stayed in. The location is just off the ‘high street’ with many restaurants which make up for the lack of onsite restaurant. Although the breakfast was different everyday and lovely with continental, smoothies etc The rooms and aesthetic - they are spacious, very current in terms of decor, smell divine and just create a relaxing ambiance. There are some comments about it being hard to park - Arta is a historic town so the roads are very tiny but parking is located at car parks a five mins walk away. We bused it from Palma (wouldn’t recommend as it took about 3 hours following a missed connection) fork out for a taxi - it’s about €100 euros but worth it as it’s cheap when there and the location is soo pretty. The fact you are left on your own and there’s an honesty wine cellar (which sadly we discovered too late!) which is well stocked and even has a private dining area for something special. The staff were so attentive, making sure that you had everything you needed and providing a reliance that they would help wherever they could. It was one other guests birthdays whilst we were there and they decorated a table for him that was so sweet.

The property is beautiful. The thing that makes this hotel a 10/10 is the people. The staff are amazing. Rene is amazing and the most accommodating, nothing is too much of an ask and he will always go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Blanca is so kind, so accommodating and so lovely. No ask is too much. They make the stay at this hotel feel like 6 stars. Both the YARTAN and Juz de YARTAN I recommend as the best hotel you will ever stay at. Thank you for an incredible time. We are already looking at booking our next stay.

Incredible little boutique hotel with a beautiful pool area with plenty of space and sun beds for the relatively few guests the hotel can house at a time. Perfectly located in walking distance to everything in Artá, this is a must-visit place for anyone staying in the city.

Parking in the city is very limited, but the hotel has a solution for you, just 5-7min walking away.

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Artá and it has an amazing courtyard space that offers a really tranquil setting. The staff were amazing - really helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the sound-proofing was very poor and because the room we stayed in faced onto a street it meant that any traffic noise resulted in disturbed sleep. This was such a/ shame because everything else about the property was fantastic.

This place was our favourite hotel of our trip. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel itself and room is very clean! The facilities are great and the approach for drinks and breakfast was great. Overall this was a beautiful place to stay and relax

Our room was number 005 and we were right by the main entrance and the main road. This meant we could hear the road noise and every time someone came or left. I believe the rooms in the back are quiet but ours was more on the noisy side.

Yartan Hotel was tranquil, perfectly located within walking distance of everything in Arta, and beautifully decorated with a lovely garden. The rooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful - cheese, bread, charcuterie and jam, fruit smoothies, omelette or scrambled eggs with a choice of vegetables, cheese and ham, then fruit salad or fruit with yoghurt and muesli, very good coffee, choice of teas. Service was outstanding, staff were charming, helpful and friendly. We'd definitely return.

Perfect boutique hotel, just a dream property and great value for money. The staff was extremely welcoming, I arrived so early with my packed schedule, they welcomed me with a great breakfast. The room was very nice, and all the grounds, terrace, and pool were well kept and very nice. The location was excellent, and can walk from the parking lot about 10-15 mins. Just book this property!

There were no elevators, so hiking up a few flights of stairs with luggage took a little muscle.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were delightful, the breakfast outside were delicious and the proximity to delicious restaurants in town was perfect. I would happily stay here again.

Fairly difficult to get to the hotel by car so make sure you have put in the correct co-ordinates. Free public parking is not far away - once you have dropped off your luggage it is easy.
