Entrance access to the hotel, the desk not being open on my arrival, was easy and uncomplicated (and well explained by the management in my online booking confirmation). It was great that I could open the windows fully if Iwanted, and was able to kip them during my stay. I was also pleased that the hotel was only 2 minutes walk from the theatre where I was attending a premiere that evening.

The lighting over the sink in the bathroom could have been brighter, it was a bit too low level for my liking.

This property was very well located in mid city. It was in a quiet location how convenient to the center. The facilities were modern and very convenient. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

Centally located in Kaiserslautern close to shops and restaurants. Check in process was easy and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very clean and pretty big for European standards.

The room was super clean. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kaiserslautern so everything was walking distance. Also, the staff was very courteous from check in, to room service, to check out. Thank you for the hospitality!

The construction on the road out front makes it a bit more challenging to access by car, but it is well worth that inconvenience because the location is so good for walking to restaurants, shops, etc.

I just loved the location! ..2 min walking from city center and the major attractions. And to quote my friend "This place is amazingly clean and the mattresssss it's like a dream come true ":))))) Definitely recommend!!!!!

I like the property location overall. Clean, quiet, comfy bed & heated floors.

The parking situation is VERY expensive and inconvenient & there is construction always near front of hotel. The bathroom door is very tight space.

The property was located in the city center and close by a variety of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean. There is small courtyard which was nice to relax in.

Cozy, very clean, quiet, in the very center, underground parking right next to the hotel (the hotel covers the costs of parking). Half rolls are not a miracle, but everything is there :) delicious coffee too.

This was a very nice hotel! Really clean and very nice for my family of three.

I travel a lot and I am picky when it comes to location and cleanliness. I give it a 10!
