The fact that Ana, the receptionist (who in my opinion should be the manager), saved the situation is the only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars. Long story short: although I had confirmed my arrival for 1:15 AM, when I arrived at the front desk, I was told that I didn’t have a reservation. After going through my emails with the receptionist—which clearly showed my communication with Apollo—I was eventually given a room. To my surprise, there was no hot water. The next morning, Ana was on duty and she brilliantly handled the entire situation. Her professionalism, calm attitude, and efficiency turned a frustrating experience into a manageable one. She truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for that.

Location for me was ideal, not too far away from the center and the town Mall, and cleanliness is great. I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times so it is my go to hotel when visiting Sibiu.

The room I've stayed in only had an air circulator and not an AC, which I was fortunate that the weather wasn't hot enough to need it, but if I were staying in a hot day, this would definitely be an issue. Also, the windows don't seem to reduce the outside noise too much.

I’ve been here several times in the past 4 years. I really like that it’s near the city center and it has its own parking lot and restaurant. It also has a bar. Everyone from the staff is really nice, from the person at the reception to the cleaning staff to the waiters in the restaurant. The food I’ve ate was really good and the breakfast is also good. Room is equipped ok. Bathroom has a regular size bottle of hand soap and a regular size bottle of shampoo/shower gel, not those stupid little soaps and little bottles hotels usually offer. The view of the room is towards the parking lot/street, for those motorcyclists that are afraid for their bikes. There are also dedicated parking spaces for motorcycles.

The rooms are a bit small for the price you are paying. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear what people were watching at tv from both adjacent rooms. Bath sometimes smelled a little. All this being said, probably next time I will come to Sibiu on the motorcycle I’ll book here again. I like it even though it’s not perfect.

Great location less than 10 minutes walk from the main sights. Good parking, but was quite busy (I took the last space when arrived at around 9pm although it may be easy to park nearby...I didn't look). Friendly check in. Smaller room than other hotels I have been staying in on this trip, but enormous bed (bear in mind I had booked a single room)! Bathroom was small but clean and adequate. The hotel was a little dated, but clean. No problems with noise. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave early. On returning from an early morning walk, I had a nice surprise with a lovely view out of the stairwell window over the roof tops. I would happily stay again.

Cute hotel. Clean and tidy. An old part, a new part. But everything is of a high standard. For those who are hot, then the air conditioner is for the whole hotel, meaning that you can't set the temperature only for the room. Which is a bit of a bummer. But unlike any other hotel in Romania, we found a room where you can make complete darkness. It was a pleasure

Very nice reception, easy to access location and the room had a nice view towards Sibiu center

The AC unit wasn't working great and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly but for the price and one night stay it wasn't that bad.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had everything we needed, the room was very nice and cool. We appreciated the free parking, breakfast, and the balcony. The location is within easy walking distance from the old town. In a word: perfection at a very good price.

The location of the hotel is perfect. That's also good that the Hotel has its own parking. The room was silent, we did not hear any noise - from the street or from other rooms.

No significant disadvantages, except noisy A/C and absence of soap/shampoo.

lots of parking within the perameters of the hotel, secure parking. Breakfast was OK but needed to get their earlier as it ran out of bread. Room was OK with a lift to room. About a 12 minute walk to the main square. Good value for money.

We arrived relatively easily from the highway. Parking in the hotel yard in front of the reception. The staff helped us with our luggage. Clean. Good sound insulation. Comfortable mattresses and pillows

No elevator up to the 1st floor.
