Room was very spacious! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was very good.

The outside walls by the large windows in our rooms made a cracking sound. At first we thought we were being hit by golf balls from the course outside but after a while ( with no golfers on the course!) we figured it was the joints contracting and expanding in the weather. Very loud and a little disconcerting. Disappointing that there was no hot tub or ice machine.

Beautiful nice clean room with all amenities including full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Conflict information between Front desk staff and Breakfast staff. We were told & handed paper information about Box breakfast to go by Front desk staff who was extremely nice because we needed to leave at 7am for a tour so we could not stay in to eat, but when we asked the Breakfast staff at 7am Sunday, we were told that they do not have Box breakfast to go.

Several maintenance issues in our room (loose tile, oven warming drawer). Kitchen was nice but not enough cookware (baking for oven, dishes). Dishwasher was old and difficult to switch on. Room always smelled after any cooking despite using extractor fan.

Great facilities indoor and outdoor (outdoor patios, walkways, sauna etc). Indoor lots of seating nooks, lounge areas, and decor. Great staff..especially at breakfast and at front reception.

We had a full kitchen unit that that was missing a few basics ie a frying pan. Staff obviously do not check the supply for kitchen area as there were old pkg of chips left from previous guests and limited dish supply. On one housekeeping day they did not clean bathrooms fully (ie made beds and changed out towels but obviously did not do a full clean of unit

Beautiful place, super friendly staff, delicious restaurant in the hotel with good size portions. The pool is cool, it is on the third floor with a sauna and a patio to view the planes leaving (close enough to see them well but far enough not to hear them loudly. And the rooms are so quiet too.

If the shower head has hand held option, that would be good. Don’t like the taste of the turkey sausages in breakfast. Hear some engine sounds, guess because it is near the airport.

We loved the room - spacious, clean and quiet. We've enjoyed swimming pool and sauna. On-site restaurant serves delicious meals. We were leaving too early to have a breakfast on site, but the hotel provided a great take-out option that was available any time after midnight. Overall, highly recommended.

I wish we could take the room with us on our trips. Spacious, clean, huge TV, step in shower, large good bed and a kitchenette with everything we needed. Also we didn’t hear “neighbors” or noise in the hallway. We liked it so much that we booked a night extra!

We really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was. The a/c worked really well and for our family that's important! The breakfast had great options.

The only complaint I have would be the eggs. Our family really enjoys having eggs but not when they have standing water in them. They should be dry and not wet? Watery? Don't know how to exactly explain it.

- Breakfast has always been amazing here (Even if it get crowded). - Rooms are always big and roomy. - Staff is always super polite. - You don't need to be a buisnessman or buisnesswoman to stay here. And if you are, who knows... Maybe it will make you into a better one.
