Very pleasant structure, with perfect integration of nature, public space and hotel features. Loved how previous structure have been reused, and converted, giving second life. Friendly staff, a lot of animals enjoying the life in the structure, with a really social ginger cat. Room of decent proportion, with efficient toilette and complimentary water every day.

the location is comfortable only if you need to stay closer to the airport, other wise a bit too far from Kraby or the seaside most wanted location. Not so many place where to have food after 7pm.

There are some small markets nearby for morning food. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

One of their free roaming dogs bit my son just before our Grab arrived to leave. Messaged them through Booking.com to ask them to monitor their dog for rabies symptoms over the next 10 days. Was given no response. There was no response from them about their offered pick up service after multiple messages through the app. There is no elevator, and no offer to assist carrying the luggage up the stairs. There is no food there for late night arriving customers. Front desk is often unstaffed. Only 2 towels for a booking of 3 people.

Wonderful sized and clean rooms, surprising well appointed with a king bed; eclectic internal courtyard gardens; the owner/manager ( and all staff) very helpful - finding a dental plate left by one family member who'd stayed a day earlier and helping contact the taxi company who she'd arranged to take us to the airport, to successfully get the mobile phone back for our daughter (who discovered at checkin at airport that the phone was left in taxi and after rushing back to the hotel);located and tracked the original taxi - she had him pick us up and drive us back to airport in time for getting the plane with the found phone!!

Location to airport 5km, good aircon, decent twin Room size. Soft white clean bedding/towels. Overall, it reminded me of quaint Prem Inn without the comfy pillows. Ideal for one or two nights. Walking distance to food market, KFC, and hairdressers. On site cafe. Wifi. Balcony, Car parking at rear of hotel.

No deal breakers. No steam iron in room, firm bed/pillows as is most of Thailand thus far except Hua Hin where 4inch toppers were provided and choice of pillows.

Very close to the airport - only 7 minutes away. By the way, no need to get there 3 hours before, as recommended by the staff ... 2.5 hours is enough to be really safe. Great facilities, including TV, kettle, A/C and a very comfortable bed. Sizeable room and very very friendly and helpful staff with good command of English. Although the hotel is on the main road, room was very quiet because it faced the backside. Although the restaurant was closed, I could find a great local restaurant nearby and buy some alcohol (umeshu!) from the hotel.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better.

I visited Krabi last year and stayed briefly at this hotel to wait for my transit flight, decided to stay again because I really enjoyed my previous stay. Palmari is conveniently located near Krabi Airport, very reasonably priced considering the location and comfort level of the room. I really like the industrial and minimalist design, it has a small secluded garden within the hotel where you can sit and chill with the hotel owner's pets. I chose a bigger room for this stay and it was super spacious and comfortable, very quiet since the room faces the backlot of the hotel and not the main road, toilet was clean and everything is maintained well.

Close to airport. Comfortable. Pleasant room. Air con. Hair drier. Everything you need for a short stay. Close to night market and 7/11. Would definitely use again.

I was told there was no lift but when I said I had heavy luggage I was given a ground floor room so not a problem for me.

Big room, nice floor, and many places to keep your belongings. Ok for staying one night.

Bed was a bit hard. No elevator available. The owner was taciturn. No breakfast included.

Palmari provides a convenient overnight base for outbound flights from Krabi airport. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in arranging breakfast and transfers to the airport. Location to nearby markets

The location is a little gritty compared to other hotels frequented around Thailand but the price is fair. Hotel room decor could do with some TLC.

We booked this hotel to stay the night before our morning flight, and it was just perfect for our needs. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and near the airport. They helped with an early morning cab to the airport as well, so everything went super smoothly.

They don't accept cards for payment, so do carry that much cash. It can be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand as you may be wanting to finish all the Bahts, so something to be aware of.
