We stayed here for one week and it was the most magical stay. The resort was paradise and had a beautiful pool where we loved to watch the sunset each evening. The service from all of the staff was absolutely excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved getting tuk tuks and longtail boats to and from the mainland and really enjoyed the day trips provided by the hotel. They ensured all transportation and trips ran smoothly. We felt very looked after and didn't have to worry about anything during our stay. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It was a really special part of our travel journey so far that we will remember with great fondness! Thank you to everyone at Islanda Hideaway Resort! 10/10! 5 Stars! 🌟👏😁

This accommodation is amazing! Very friendly staff and perfect services. They take care of your well being and your needs. It is a good place to connect with nature. The bathroom and shower is outside and it looks stunning. The pool view at the sunset is something once in a lifetime. Very good breakfast, not many varieties of food but it is enough. The food at the restaurant is amazing, they have a la carte. The only thing which you need to keep in mind is that is far from the city. 2 minutes by boat from Chaofa or Thara Pier and then 20 min with a tuk tuk. You will pay around 300 bhat for this every time you leave and return to the resort, but I tell you with all my heart that it is worth the sacrifice. They have good massage in the resort. It is better to take a massage there even though is more expensive than in the city, because you will pay for the trip to the city anyway. Also we first did one in the city and it was not that professional even though cheaper. I strongly recommend this hotel for couples ready for an authentic experience. Down the road you will see the authentic village and people of Thailand. If you don’t like boats then you can reconsider. IMportant!!: They don t have a beach due to the low and high tie. You need to book trips to the islands if you want to stay on the beach.

Overall the hotel offers a very nice experience since it is far away from the city. The breakfast was good with room for improvement. Restaurant was very good. It is a place for relaxing.

The pool can be clean more frequently. We asked for repairing the safe box twice and nothing happened. We gave up asking. The hotel has forgotten to pick us from the airport and we needed to wait two hours. The airport was closing and we needed to wait outside. They did not even apologize nor offer any compensation for this bad experience.

This property is perfect for a quiet getaway, it feels authentic and cycling through the village you really get a feel for Thai life. The bikes and canoes are free to use. Both of which are a great way to enjoy the local area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Showering outside is perfect in the Thailand climate. The staff are super friendly, watching the sunset every night mid amazing.

If you want to be in the busy more touristy part, this isn’t for you it’s a tuk tuk, boat followed by a taxi/bus ride to Aonang and you can’t really swim in the sea from the hotel as it’s too shallow.

My wife and I really enjoyed the intimacy and privacy the hotel and its facilities have. It almost felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. If you are looking for a perfect getaway that feels like you're staying in a private hotel on a lonely island, then this is your place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice gym and bicycles for active people. The pool has filtered sea water. We had the perfect honeymoon here.

The hotel is 7 kilometres away from the closest pier (boat station) and it doesn't have any western like shops anywhere nearby. However this is not a huge issue because you can easily book a tuk tuk from the hotel and afterwards take the boat into Krabi town. Usually it takes around 30 minutes to get from the hotel to Krabi town (Chaofa pier).

I’ve given Islanda Hideaway resort 5* simply because it’s beautiful, calming and a complete escape from it all. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, the accommodation is relaxing, clean with everything you need for a perfect stay.

We knew the resort was remote, it really is. The transport to and from takes around 40mins with a tuk-tuk and a tail boat which is completely fine and no bother at all, But if like us you may like a few snacks/drinks at your bungalow you need to make sure you get these in advance as it’s a bit of a trek to pick up provisions. Also something to note- if you would like a drink/wine etc bring it from the town to your room. We had drinks at the restaurant which were lovely but can become costly if you like to have the odd one/two whilst getting ready :) it’s worth bringing it from a 7:11 in Krabi town, the store closest to the resort does not sell alcohol . You will find all over Thailand some sell alcohol some don’t :) Otherwise this place is just like paradise.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Daily cleaning was provided, and the balcony with its beautiful view was a highlight. Although the toilet being outside was slightly inconvenient at night, it was still manageable. The pool area was well-maintained with clean towels and loungers, and having poolside service was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we couldn’t swim in the sea due to the tides, but the pool was large enough to enjoy. We booked tours directly through the hotel, and they were fantastic. The staff and restaurant were excellent. We stayed for five nights and left very happy.

The hotel is quite far from Krabi town, so arranging tuk-tuks or boats through the hotel is necessary. I was aware of this before arriving, but it’s not an ideal location if you’re planning to go out and explore in the evenings. For dinner, the on-site restaurant is the only option, so it would be better if the menu were a bit more extensive. However, even with these limitations, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Swimming Pool Top . Far from urban agitation . The hotel is obviously not new but seriously far from everywhere, staff top level, added services such as massages. We arrived late due to airplane issues and even if restaurant was close to shut the doors down , the staff decided to keep it opened. We took a boat late (9 pm) to reach the other side of the river and the hotel organised the Tuk Tuk transportation in emergency from the second pier . In short TOP. Lanscapes are amazing and smoothies high quality. Improvement can be done for breakfast with more fresh fruits and pancakes ( easy to do and better than industrial bred for identical price) but this is a detail . i tried to book additional days but unfortunately, the hotel was no longer available. The staff is really assisting at any step, client oriented, high value. The rooms are top .

Beautiful stay, accommodation is excellent! Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Very peaceful with lovely staff and the pool is area is gorgeous and they supply big towels for guests at the poolside. Everything is very well thought out.

The area is extremely rural but very beautiful! Just something to be aware of because there is quite literally nothing else aside from small shops that sell basic essentials (certainly no alcohol or tobacco products) so stock up in advance if that’s what your after. Alcohol available at the resort but prices quite elevated compared to other areas.

I loved absolutely everything about the property everything was clean. The stuff was very, very very friendly and helpful, and they never pressured any of us to tip. They would do with things out of love, especially Mr. film he was really a great help to us. That hotel has a lot of programs that can take us to visits, two different islands around crabby and just everything was absolutely wonderful

There is absolutely nothing I I can say that I did not like about the property. Everything was beyond expectations.
