The place was in a very quiete serene area, the room was very clean, you get a good window view and had all the basic ammenities.there is bicyle available for free in the hotel. Its close to a huge park and within walking distance there is the river and boat decks, the area has lots of trees so a lot of fresh air.

The location was a bit walking distance from the main town. There is a small super market nearby but beside that not many shops. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a big restaurant just next door , however the opening hour is from 11 am so breakfast was a bit difficult.

Very good hotel for this value. Room was big, and they cleaned it everyday. Changed the towels, gave us 2 new water bottles, gave us new little shampoos. It's not in a busy area, but more of a residential area - which we liked. You can either walk 15min to the busier area where they have more restaurants, or we rented a scooter for a few days and just used that for transportation. Or use Grab. There is one local seafood restaurant right beside the Hotel, was such a great bonus.

All was good. Evening staff's English was not the best - but that's to be expected since we cannot expect everyone to speak English.

The location was great - next to the park, there were a lot of options for sport activities. Very calm, quiet area with a lot of animals (birds can disturb the long sleepers). Around 25 minutes walk to the city centre. May go to the beach easily by taxi, boat or public transport. If you are lucky, may see monkeys in the park as well as the expierence locals' birthday celebration in the restaurant next to the hotel. Very clean, shower was perfect with option to regulate the pressure and temperature.

There weren't wardrobes.

Very clean - we had our room cleaned every day, with fresh towels and drinking water being provided every morning. Hotel is located about 20 mins walk from the centre of Krabi town - it is a very pleasant walk by the river. Very quiet hotel, Thara Park next door where you can train or run. You can really get the vibe of Thai life here as it is not yet very touristy- we loved it and would recommend to anyone who likes peace and want to be away from all the tourists

Really nice facilities and we were so pleased with how clean and comfortable the room was. It does really feel like a luxury hotel in the rooms but for the price of a hostel. 100% recommend! A short walk of 15 mins into the heart of Krabi Town. Close to a park where you can run, do sports and activities and just chill.

If you’re looking for a place with a beach or pool this hotel maybe isn’t the best choice, but that’s the only downside as far as I see it, and since we didn’t really need that it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great value for money. Big room, very clean. The bathroom could use a small upgrade, but good enough. The location is a bit out of the center, but we actually enjoyed the walk into town (around 25 minutes). There are also some nice places close to the hotel for different price ranges. we can recommend the Nong Joke restaurant next door (bit pricey compared to others, but worth it) and the small outside restaurant next to Uncle House (more budget range, very friendly staff).

Just outside of town, near awesome park. Big space, comfy beds and super clean. Free bikes for guest use. Good AC and hot water, fridge/kettle. Couple of chairs to relax. Lobby space to chill or eat. Very quiet property and very lovely staff.

Not property’s fault, but if light sleeper suggest top floor room - chairs in room make noise when moved around on floor above and tough to sleep (or just use earplugs!). Note not in main city but only about 10 min walk to restaurants/7-11.

Spacious and clean room with a balcony. The bed was comfy. As I enjoy walking, the location and the distance from Klong Jilad pier, immigration office and nightmarkets was perfect for me. Great price/quality ratio.

The lighting system is an absolute trainwreck. There are four lightbulbs in the ceiling, which all switch on and off from different parts of the room. One switch is next to the door and two are hidden behind the balcony curtain. I spent too much time finding these, and was already considering pulling the keycard from the slot and therefore giving up AC cooling to get some darkness. Also, there is a nightlamp next to the bed, but no switch for it. The switch next to the bed turns on a light behind the TV. What a rollercoaster!

Super clean rooms, cleaned room every single day without asking and replaced any ammenities needed including 2 bottles of water daily. Stuff was always helpful and kind. Very spacious rooms and balcony is big enough for the smokers or hanging some clothes out to dry.

Lost our clothes that went for laundry cleaning. To be fair, they offered us a compensation of a night's stay for both rooms so we could get some more clothes. Luckily, the clothes were found after a short trip to Phuket and back. It was an honest mistake and they never asked for the money back that we spent on clothes. So in the end we got some clothes for free :)

We book this hotel in very short notice. We book two rooms but only one available at the time we checkin. The manager tried her best to accomodate our family of 4 in a twin room with 2 rollaway beds. The room is suprisingly good and clean, the beds are soft and comfy, the rollaway beds are firm. The hotel is very nice and pleasant. The staffs are friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The rollaway beds are a bit firm.
