Location was perfectly close to the markets and shopping. Big room with big beds, good breakfast and polite staff. Pool quite big for the city with water quite clean.

Room seem to be a bit dated with noisy air-conditioning. The bathroom is quite small and the plumbing is noisy. Beds had a comforter but without covers. Safe deposit out of order and lock on doors impossible to block from inside. Reception was unstaffed sometimes during the day and leftover luggage left out unsupervised in the restaurant. Family dogs were present in the restaurant during the day. The owner was mostly concerned about his towels leaving premises and immediately pointed out 500 B charges for that.

Great value for money, clean, comfortable and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Well worth the price you pay. Staff were great, just don’t remove any of their things. Really good breakfast. Lovely little pool and a very relaxing pool area. Really worth paying for a pool access room. Clean rooms with all you need. Not the most comfortable (hard) beds, but seems to be the norm for Thailand. In a great area away from the busy town, but just 1 minute walk away and a 7/11 shop just round the corner. The owners 3 dogs are in and around the hotel but are no issue.

We loved the pool! We were only here for the night before catching a flight and the pool made the place so wonderful! The location is awesome too! We enjoyed walking along the river that is near by.

Overall the staff were great. But the owner (we presume) offered to book us a taxi to the airport in the morning. We took the service, but the taxi never showed. It was fine, as we called a Grab that was there within minutes. But we are pretty sure he forgot to secure the taxi for us.

Loved the location on a quiet street in the heart of Krabi Town. It is so quiet at night, yet just a few minutes walk from Vogue supermarket, the night markets, the temple, and the main shopping street. Been staying here for years, on my way to and from Koh Lanta. Plus they do the best breakfast I have ever had in Thailand. A wonderful three night stay.

Hotel Location is nearby with all you can imagine, Walking distance from the night market, grocery 7 Eleven, restaurants (that is so affordable), there is a nearby attraction that you can visit. A family owned business run by Tom, wife and kids, a home away from home. They give us a lot of idea how to roam around, what massage area to visit for satisfying and relaxing massage. A local festivities to must visit (more of night market). You can find tour packages and taxi service as well with this hotel. Walking around a night is safe for all ages. For us the breakfast is superb, simple, balance but super duper satisfying. Swimming pool is a plus to relax and recharge after a long day of tours. Surrounding is so quiet, the hotel is good for solo, family and group of friends. Who wants to explore the area. Lastly, thank you to Tom and Family for making our Dec. 26 to January 1 vacay in Krabi and our stayed in your hotel a very memorable one. (Beth and Vhenus)

I liked a lot the rooms and the facilities

The staff were so kind with us but the problem is the owner of the hotel. We had some problems because we took the towel out of the hotel and apparently you cannot. They tried to charge us 500 bath for each towel and they told us in an aggressive tone while they were filming us. I will recommend this place because the facilities but I will not come back because the owners

The Krabi Cosy Place is quiet and set back, but still very central. Everything important (markets, river, restaurants) is within walking distance. We had a room on the first floor, right by the pool. It was simple but clean (daily cleaning and water). The pool was clean and refreshing. WLAN was perfect. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and organized a scooter for us at a fair price. The breakfast is very good- we definitely recommend the salad! It was the best I have eaten in a long time!

The facility looks a little old. The bathroom would need to be renovated. The sun beds are old and there are no cushions. The owners are trying to repair everything after Covid, but they seem to have problems to manage everything. You live together with the family in this place - you have to like that. For the price we can only recommend the hotel!

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the pool, I had a pool access room which was awsome. Very close to night market, restaurants, everything really. Good price also

The man at reception was lovely, the lady however was quite rude and grumpy as mentioned in other posts. Nothing intolerable tho
