It was a pleasant stay if you survive the check in procedure. Location was great. Parking was easy and free coffee in the morning was good.

Check in was extremely slow. We booked 7 rooms and all of us arrived at different timing. They refused to check us in until everyone in the party arrived. Then they took ages to photocopy our passports and made us sign in for our rooms. Overall, this took more than half an hour. Booking also did not indicate which block our rooms were. So you just need to go around asking where to check in.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the pier which goes straight to Railay beach or you can get a 30min grab to Ao Nang. They provided water daily. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean! MUST TRY TINGRILL restaurant down the road it was amazing. Quiet area with a few restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed.

Staff were ok, especially the lady who processed the check in. She allowed me to check in early. She also put me in a room overlooking the parking area. Staff also helped me get a taxi. Free coffee in the morning. Very good that room has a fridge. I have stayed in 2 other Hop Inn and those had no fridge. Room was also big enough, unlike other hop inn properties. Location was OK. It is located in a quiet or residential part but only 5 minutes away from the krabi shopping street. Lots of small restaurants nearby. Hotel also has lots of umbrellas for guests. Helpful in Thai heat

No English channel, no slippers

Super comfy & clean. Bathroom was really nice. It was very nice to have a fridge/freezer for cold drinks. Staff very attentive with cleaning and leave extra toilet roll /water outside room if you don't want it cleaned which was really helpful.

More pictures in the rooms or a splash of colour might have been nice to give it a more homely feel as it was very white and cold feeling but other than that cant fault it.

We just stayed for two nights and it was just great. It was super cheap and we didn’t expect much but were pleasantly surprised to find it really clean, with a comfortable bed and modern interior. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

If we had to say something negative: the fridge was really loud, so we unplugged it - problem solved.

Cleaning could've been slightly better since there were a few long hairs in the bed and on the floor in the room. But it could've mistakenly have happened during cleaning 🙏🏽 I also made the mistake of leaving some snacks out on the table, which attracted small ants

Perfect value for money. Clean. Safe. Airco. Friendly staff. Good beds. A really good shower. And: Free coffee machine in the lobby with really good (!) coffee!

Minor detail: i hurt a muscle in my back at night because of the hight difference ( over 10cm) between room and bathroom. Same tiles: its easy to mis. Put some bright masking tape there for example and its 10 out of 10 for this accomodation!

Near the port, so it’s great if you’re just staying for a night in between travels. Beds are comfortable, they had water and coffee for free.

No one at the reception spoke English, even to ask for our passport was a struggle. The toilet in our room had a toilet paper and pee in it, they couldn’t even pretend that was clean. The window was facing the parking lot and we were at the 2nd floor so everyone could see us, no privacy.

The rooms are air-conditioned and well-furnished. Free coffee is available in the morning. Cleaning service is also provided. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a food court within walking distance.

You will need to pay for a taxi or rent a motorcycle, as all the attractions are far from the hotel. Ao Nang is just a 25-minute motorcycle ride away.
