We stayed in the top floor of this guest house and it was HOT, but the A/C units in the bedrooms were very effective. We loved the location, and the bright airiness of the apartment. A good little kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a comfy couch, and a nice outdoor sitting area - great for our family of 5. The staff downstairs were friendly and the manager helped to book us some last-minute tours for a fair price. The central location made pick-up for snorkelling tours a breeze, and we were able to access grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops easily in the area as we walked around. It was clean, quiet, and bright and we enjoyed our stay.

Large, clean property. Lots of space for a family. Comfortable bedrooms and living g area. 3 showers and 2 toilets. Useful to have the laundry downstairs. Close to Black crab night market and weekend market. Beautiful Temple at one end of the street and the river at the other end. Great spot to stay for a few days. Locals all very friendly, much more of a “Thai” experience than Ao Nang.

Nothing we didn’t like. We only had backpacks, but some might find the stairs a challenge with suitcases?

Absolutely loved our stay at Otter House! The place was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group trip. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the night market, mall, and other attractions in Krabi town. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Our family absolutely loved the Otter House. An oversized spacious apartment, that was super clean and in great location near the river and night markets. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children.

No complaints and definitely worth walking the stairs to the apartment located on the third level loft.

Spacious and plenty of room for big family. Good facilities in kitchen. Close to everything. Very secure. Has TV with Netflix etc. staff great at getting us into the room quickly.

Just some things to note: Shower in main room did not drain so covered the floor in water. Only one shower out of 3 was working. Aircon only in bedrooms not in main living area but fans were okay. There are 2 flights of steep stairs so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. Beds are hard and pillows lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very big and comfy. The service was fast and excellent. Whatever we asked to fix they reply instantly with an excellent attitude.

The trash can in the bathroom was too small. Plus the sewer was kind of blocked so the water wasn’t able to go as quick while showering. The frying pan was broken and had rust on it but for us it’s fine we don’t cook but I will suggest to fix.

Great location in the centre of Krabi town. Lots to see within walking distance. We stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Communication from the host was excellent. Check-in was easy.

No really negatives. Only minor thing was the street noise but this was easily solved with earplugs.

What an incredible place to stay. We loved the decor, the facilities and being on the top floor with patio and close to the heart of Krabi town. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry downstairs. Security A+. The rooms were really spacious and with really good aircon and comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities, fridge, utensils, and everything that was there to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. We look forward to staying here again.

No lift for those who have physical issues to climb three flights of stairs.

It is located at the city center. The property was so spacious and comfy. All facilities were available as promoted in Booking.com. The property is comfortably fit big family up to 8-10 persons. The laundry service is also available on the ground floor.

Quite difficult to find halal food restaurant around the property location.

Clean and very spacious apartment with 2 toilets and 3 showers, perfect for large groups. The beds were comfortable. We have small children, so we appreciate the extra toys and games available in the living room.

- No elevator, only stairs to get to the apartment. - No A/C in common areas, only fans. A/C only in the bedrooms. - They charge 500 THB charge for a late check out. Even if it's only 1 extra hour.
