Clean room, excellent air con, firm nice bed, good shower and water pressure, ear buds, soap shower gel, shampoo,, tissues and two bottles of water provided daily, could not hear noise or traffic outside at night, great view of river, no lift but no concern to us, lovely foyer, nice open-air breakfast area outside at good prices, booked transfer to railey via longtail boat at restaurant, two minute walk to pier. Fridge, good TV, good WiFi, safe and hairdryer. Just around corner from night market. Staff very kind, morning xheck out 12noon. Highly recommend for a budget overnight stay.

Very comfortable, ensuite toilet with water kettle, TV hair dryer and a fridge. Provided us with towels, soap and drinking water. Also has a small cupboard with hangars. Very central location, the night walking street and night market along the river are within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Also around 30-40 min drive from the airport depending on traffic conditions. Finally they have a mini restaurant at their lobby that serves great coffee and food. My parents love their coffee a lot.

No lifts landing, but fortunately we stayed in level 2. Just need to take into consideration if you have elderly parents with not so great legs and/or big and heavy luggage. Wifi provided, but not very stable.

The room is very spacious with a great view of the river. It was clean n the bed was big and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant n helpful.. The hotel is located near the nightly Krabi Night Market and the newer Black Crab night market. It's also across the road from esplanade along the river.

The shower head was affixed to a holder that made the water spray at a bad angle. The room we opted for was on the top floor (third floor) so it's a bit of a climb. But we didn't really mind the extra exercise....

Then room while basic suited our needs as we simply used it as a base to explore Krabi

The drain in the bathroom frequently overflowed, the TV was a smart TV but we weren't able to use that part of its function and could only get local channels. The TV looked like it had seen better days and the socket in the wall was totally exposed as well, so this added to us not wanting to use TV.

Booked a river view room and was allocated a room looking at a street. This was resolved. The air conditioning unit on the balcony sounded like a sick jet engine. Sooo noisy I had to turn it off and it was then like sleeping in a sauna! Reported and hopefully now fixed.

I like the location of the hotel. It is just next to the waterfront of Krabi River and within a stone's throw from the nite market. I really enjoy walking on the waterfront every morning by watching the surrise.

Nice clean hotel, and the staff were very good and very friendly; people need to be aware that there is no lift, so if you have any problem with stairs, you should ask for a room on the first floor, although you still need to climb stairs for the first floor.

The staff are so amazing both in the hotel and the accompanying restaurant. They helped us so much during our stay!

We didn't realise there was only stairs to get to the premium rooms, we would have booked a standard room lower down as we had a lot of luggage.

Great location right across the street from the river, you can walk to anywhere in town,no problem night markets, bars, restaurants, great breakfast spot, everything’s close by👍

Bed was hard but typical for Thailand 🤷‍♂️
