Perfect location close to night markets, pier, supermarkets, laundry service. The staff was super friendly and helpful - they borrowed us two beach towels so we could enjoy our stay in the area. The room was big, with mini fridge and kettle. Bottled water was provided every day. Everything was very clean. We'd recommend staying here.

Perfect location for being in Krabi and using the airports/bus station/ports. Big rooms and friendly staff. We’re able to arrange a taxi from the airport for us.

We stayed here twice (rebooking after the first because it just suited so well). The first room the aircon pump was on the balcony and was very noisy at night but the second room this wasn’t a problem

The location is great and the staff are friendly enough. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, it has aircon and was surprised to find a lamp in the room too (often overlooked in my rooms ive stayed at in Thailand). There are pros and cons to this place. But maybe i try somewhere else next time.

Rooms are advertised and show pictures of a room with a TV- my son wanted a movie night in the bunk beds but when we arrived there was no TV. Also advertised as all rooms having balconies but our room didnt have a balcony. There wasnt any smoking area and i asked downstairs for an ashtray or a rubbish bin but was told there isnt one 'sorry!' the cafe downstairs serves bitter hot chocolate and luke warm coffee. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no mini fridge. You can leave your luggage but its not secure or in a private area, just leave it on a bench in reception.

The room was spacious, and there's a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient to get early coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot with our inquiries. The hotel is located at the corner end of the street and it's pretty peaceful at night. A walking distance to the pier and night market. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The frosted door of the toilet is a bit see through. It's a bit uncomfortable to do your deeds when travelling with a group of friends and they can see your silhouette in the toilet And there's no iron..

Centrally located near to restaurants and bars, clean and comfy, decent shower and quiet despite being near a busy road.

Couldn’t take water bottles out of the room, room key had the hotel name and room number on it so if you lost it anyone could get in. Lots of stairs to rooms.

The room is quite large for 3 people. The location is just nice. Near convenience stores, and halal foods, it is a walking distance if you want to get to 4 islands.

I asked for an extra bed, but every room got the "bed". The only difference is they wrap the "bed" with a quilt and you will get extra towels and pillows. It felt like a scam, but ya it was just fine. If you are okay without extra towels and pillows, I think it would be just fine and you may not need to request for extra bed.

unfortunately on our first night we noticed a collection of ants by the bed and also lots of mosquitos in the room due to the door having very big gaps. This was at 10pm. I rang the receptionist on the number provided upon arrival. The guy (can’t remember his name) was nothing but amazing! Came a couple minutes after the phone call was made. offered us another room and was very apologetic. can’t fault the customer service

We arrived late from our flight during after office hours but the wonderful receptionist lady stayed up to let us in. The room and facilities were fantastic and it was the best thing we could’ve asked for after a long flight. Great value for money and very friendly staff. The late check out is a nice touch as well.

Price was great and so was the location.

As others have said in their reviews the beds are very hard and this did cause me some back pain after a nights sleep. I only stayed two nights but to be honest I wouldn’t want to have slept on that bed anymore nights.

No towel rack in the bathroom the Aircon was rather noisy and we like a safe in the room
