This hotel is in the perfect location with lots of amenities you wouldn't expect for such a great price point. The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind and happy to help with anything you need. The room was very comfortable and spacious and I really appreciated the very clean and good smelling bathroom as well. The bed was the perfect softness and the air conditioning worked well also. Not having a window made the room very quiet and perfect for sleeping. The staff even helped me arrange my onward travel to Ko Lanta and everything was so easy and quick. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through Krabi!

Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is free coffee/tea and bananas available downstairs. The property is close to the night markets, a 7/11 and not too far a walk from the pier, where you can get boats to do day trips to different islands. The room itself was spacious, comfy bed, nice balcony overlooking the street and had everything you needed in it. The shower was powerful although be aware the bathroom turns into a wet room after use.

It can be a bit noisy at night as you’re so close to the night market, this didn’t bother us but just a heads up. Poor shower placement.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. The location was diagonally across the road from the Night Market and a short walk to everything else in Krabi. The staff were TOTALLY AMAZING, super helpful, friendly, excellent English, kind and always SMILING! I think the lady was named Da Nana( I’m probably ashamedly wrong here) but she was an angel and helped me out SO much. Nothing was too much try❤️❤️❤️ The price was very good, so great value for money. So happy I booked this place 🙏

I was very happy , so nothing was bad. However, there are somewhat steep steps up to the room and the bathroom was a bit rundown. Having said that, this is a very cheap and cheerful hotel, and if you are a delicate Princess, then pay a lot more money and stay somewhere more upmarket. For me, this place was great!

The location is great to spend a few days in a local area of Krabi. You are in between four vibrant night markets, the plaza and some mellow bars to enjoy day or eve drinks. Many eating spots to choose from ranging from spenny to cheaper options. Can recommend Lan Lek Lek in the nightmarket 2mins from the hotel, its easy and tasty street food that will fill your belly. The manager/owner is a friendly soul and will see you right. If you moving on then you are 5 mins from a long boat pier that can get you many places (I went to Railay) or 5 mins to the cheap bus to Ao Nang beach which will serve all neerd.

While it doesn't look 5 star it is a great place and staff are so helpful, never did they try to sell anything rather they directed me to the cheapest options before saying the other. Beware! The door to bathroom is very low and you can easily bang your head with a very sore outcome (this can be common in Thailand).

Excellent location. Excellent service. Excellent facilities and excellent balcony. I really liked the rooms and the fact that it is close to everything. The pier is approximately 5 minutes. Iconic Mud sculpture is just 300 metre away. 7-Eleven and Vogue shopping centre is stones throw away. The hotel provides all day free tea, coffee and bananas for the guests which is a plus. We have a great handbook inside the room. Overall if I come back to Krabi then I would definitely come back here

There is nothing wrong as such. If someone wants to near pick then yes, there are some tiny insects in the room and one problem was a lack of wardrobe in the room. But for the price paid I won't complaint

Easy to get to from the ferry port and only 30 mins from the airport. Perfect location for real life Thailand. Lots of friendly locals. Some reviews say the night market was loud and could be heard from the room but we didn’t hear a thing. The staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport. There is not a lift so be mindful if you struggle with stairs. All in all I would reccomend this to my friends and family!

Whilst the bed was super comfy, the pillows were horrible. 1 pillow wasn't enough to support head but 2 pillows gave me a bad neck. Kept hitting my head on bathroom door and shower water pressure was too harsh, even when at minimum setting. It would have been better to have a room away from the balcony as I could hear other guests chatting very clearly when I was trying to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and even helped us with our tours and pick-ups. The room was clean and the airco was great. Everyday we got new bottles of water which was perfect. The check in was very flexible and when we arrived early, we could store our bags and come back later to check-in. The location was perfect, as it was between the night markets but not in a busy area that we heard noise at night.

Everything was clean and comfy and the room very spacious. Staff very very welcoming and helpful with booking my onward bus journey to Koh Lanta. The location is very close to great food markets which are open late. Coffee and bananas at the reception.

The shower space is a little small (it’s a wet room) and water sprays on the sink area so put your wash bag in a different space!

The manager is just amazing. She gave honest advice even at her own cost. I explained how I wanted to spend my time in Thailand and she not only recommended I check out early and stay in a different region but helped me search for activities to fit my interests. She also booked me the local 7 islands tour for quite a bit less than Get Your Guide. You'll get the best welcome and trustworthy service here.

The rooms are dated (stains, mold) but the low price reflects this fairly and the stay is just fine for a budget traveler who wants to see Krabi Town.
