I arrived burnt out from travels in Thailand and Cambodia . The hotel is without question the best one I have stayed in on my trip. Helpful staff , Clean , perfect location .It is impossible not to like this hotel. AND The staff went beyond helpfulness and managed to find some lost luggage I had left days before in a bus. Fridge , Air con works silently , view. I will always try to stay here now I now know Krabi town is the perfect stay before islands and even tonsai beach. Thanks for a great stay !

Great place to touch base before travelling the islands. The staff are friendly and a free breakfast service is available which is a nice addition. The location is excellent as it is round the corner from the night market offering spectacular food.

They do ask for a 500 baht cash only deposit upon arrival which I initially did not have as I had just arrived in Thailand however, the staff were understanding and I was able to pay the day after when I withdrew cash.

The staff was amazing, always support friendly and helpful. The first room has some issues with the AC and they upgraded us to another room. The location is quite central and you have a variety of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

The first room with the AC issue also could have been a bit cleaner as it felt a bit run down. The second room was much nicer but faced the street/river and had some noise because of it.

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed over Christmas, and they put on a family style dinner and gave everyone Christmas cookies. Rooms are a decent size and have good aircon. In a good location next to the night markets and river just across the road. We went to Khao Sok for a few days and they kept our bags so we didn't have to carry our big backpacks which was super helpful.

Staff are very friendly. Receptionist is very informative. Room is neat, though a bit compact. Markets are just a few metres away. There is always cabs if we feel like hitting the beach.

Water in the shower is either very cold or very hot. We struggled everyday to get an optimum water temperature, but it was not possible. Staff would have helped but we did not ask.

Location, quiet, close to food markets, really comfortable room, great internet (speed around 100 Mbps) and connectivity. Accessible, transportation services outside the hotel.

Nothing bad about the property. Keep in mind, if going with a toddler, the bathroom can be a little bit uncomfortable and there is no elevator.

Would definitely recommend! Great location in Krabi town, very friendly and helpful staff. The owner speaks excellent English and more than happy to arrange taxis, transfers etc. without the rip off prices at some hotels. The deluxe river view room is comfy, spacious and clean. With a balcony looking over the river. The place has a self service laundry and linked to a coffee shop which are all modern. Would stay again!

If you have sensitive sleep do not take river view side apartments, because there is main road next to Krabi river. The hotel is placed in good location, there are pier over the road and you can take longtail 150 Baths to Raylay beach, which take around 40 min trip one way. I did not have time to take trip around mangrove forest. But there are two night markets around you. If you are FOODY visit Tobiko Sushi and eat there RAW FISH.

Reception staff were fantastic, extremely helpful, spoke great English.Rooms we're decent,good space, comfortable bed, no noise,great aircon,clean bathroom. Free breakfast, tea coffee bread, toast, jams, biscuits, cereal. Central to all the night markets, 7-11 2mins walking dust. Scooter hire opposite the hotel 300Thb per day. **GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY** 10/10 Highly recommend, decided to say an extra 3 nights.

Location is close to the night markets and also the pier for boats to Railay. There is a laundromat in the hotel. Free tea, coffee and toast in the lobby every morning.

Shower glass is too narrow, so water splashes all over the bathroom floor when you shower. Ventilation in the bathroom is questionable as the smell might linger for a while after you go nr.2.
