We stay 1 night before flying back to Bangkok,hotel is at the heart of downtown and surrounding with local night market. Before we check-in,hotel reached us to inform how to use self check-in because we notify them about late check-in,instruction is quite simple,just insert 4th digit passcode to get the key and the key card which use to access the hotel, Staffs are highly friendly,not speak English fluently but we feel what they try to communicate with us for assistance. Their manager (TK) is very helpful in term of service mind and effort,we though his English skill is the best among managers we met on this trip. Room is spacious with full amenities such as free still waters provided in mini fridge.cleanliness is what we also satisfy. There is coffee bar with several pastries available at the lobby,coffee is really amazing with reasonable price. Hope we could have a chance to re-visit again in next journey.

Perfect for a one night stopover before a flight, so close to the market and massages! Staff welcomed us and helped get our cases up the stairs. Bed was comfy, good air con, spacious room, and couldn’t hear any noise from the street (I’m a light sleeper so was concerned seeing other reviews). Could have stayed longer.

Not a fan of wet rooms, could easily put a glass wall between the toilet and shower to avoid this and make a better bathroom. Also worth mentioning that there isn’t a lift and we were 3 floors up - not very accessible for people with mobility issues.

Cleanliness tiny room with comfy bed and pillows. Modern bathroom style with rain shower, Lovely free still waters inside mini fridge. Locates at center of the town,only few more steps to night market. Staffs are very friendly and I also ask for airport transfer service and with their organized,I got it with reasonable price. Coffee bar at the lobby is also tasty,not too bitter is what I love it.They also have another quick meal like toast and American breakfast that look yummy to try ,too. Great stay for few nights before fly away.

Super clean! Staff were exceptional. Room was large and very comfortable. Pillows were perfect and beds very comfy (but they’re on the floor-no legs- so that was a bit of a challenge for us as we are 70+). Breakfast was very good and we could choose anything we wanted off the menu. (Rooms are above a coffee shop)

My fault- I hadn’t read fully so didn’t realize we had to climb stairs. They were okay though….just to second floor and stairs were relatively low rise. Also, staff carried our bags up and down for us.

- It is a row house located middle of the city (near mud crabs sculpture). The location is great, you can walk to anywhere; waking street, morning market, mangrove and street foods. - The staff friendliness is superb. - The owner offered us free breakfast which we didnt expected. The breakfast was so good. - The room has aroma scent, helps to feel fresh. - Comfy bed - Instant noodle is complimentary in rooms :)

- It seems no ventilation system in the toilet (maybe it is but I couldnt see any fan for ventilation), anyway there is no smell to the room. - No elevator, tell in advance if you want the lower floor (which I did for parents room). - Room size is quite packed for some types, and bigger room has a raised bed which may not suitable for elderly (not matress on the floor, but a bit higher)

Perfect location with the river and night markets both within a 5 minute walk. The hotel is clean and cosy with very friendly staff who will go above and beyond for you. We arrived late due to our flight and the self check in was super simple and straight forward. The food from the cafe was really good too and very good iced matcha!

The shower pressure was a little weak and not very hot but was manageable for the few nights we stayed.

Loved our stay here, although the room was on the smaller size it was very comfortable with a great bathroom too. There was Netflix on the TV which was great for when it was raining outside. They provided complimentary noodles in the room which was a lovely touch and the staff were lovely even though they didn’t speak great English we used a translator app which worked perfectly! The hotel is also across the road from a great night market where we ate multiple times.

Clean and central. AC worked great. The restaurant next door was absolutely fantastic!

Slight problem with the drainage in the sink. The transport we ordered did not work out both times, but don’t think it was their fault. The van that took us to Ko Lanta stopped 4 times to do business and pick things (not people) up. He left us on a very busy street that we had to cross to then walk about 1/4 miles with luggage to the actual hotel property. Unsafe!!! There was a huge fire which added 2 hours to the trip, but not anyone’s fault.

A lovely little hotel above a local roastery. Very spacious and clean rooms. Not a lot of English is spoken so have your translator app at the ready. There are some cool things to see and do if you are willing to ride further out. You can rent a bike opposite the road from the hotel.

The staff were brilliant. We needed to use google translate a couple of times but they were friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a small room initiallly then were moved to a large and super - comfortable room on the second floor.property location was good - near the night markets. This hotel is brilliant value for money.
