The staff was uber friendly and helpful! The accommodations are modern, clean, and spacious. The wifi is good and the local internet quality is great at Srisawara. I could do all my conference calls with ease. I had a great view, a spacious balcony with seating area, and it's close to shops, restaurants, night and day markets, and bars. The rooms are sound proofed. If you close the windows and doors it really helps with the noise from the street (noise being a small sacrifice for the great location). The air-conditioning works very well.

Great spot right in the middle of Krabi town. 1 min walk to 7 eleven, 3 min walk to the black crab night market, and a 5 min walk to the ferry pier. It doesn’t get more central than this. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and spacious. The property has a lift which is helpful for bags or if you have mobility issues. Great air con, friendly staff, would happily stay again.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim even with all the lights turned on. Apart from this, we had no issues.

Spacious king size room with a balcony on the top floor. Elevator always very quick. Free bottles of water and filtered water dispenser downstairs. Staff were always smiling and helpful with any questions. Refrigerator kept our fruit and drinks cool and the kettle and tea/coffee was a nice touch for first drink of the morning. Shower had good pressure and plenty of heat (if that's what you want in this temperature) A/C was excellent. Our 6 days went too quick - would readily return.

Smart, contemporary and comfortable room with spacious balcony with table and chairs. Excellent location in central Krabi for restaurants/bars/tour with reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Nook’s lovely smile and charming welcome made us feel like valued guests and when called upon, she went above and beyond to help us as far as she was able.

Spacious room, comfy beds and an excellent location. Despite being right in downtown Krabi, the rooms face away from the street and there are no loud bars or clubs nearby to interrupt sleep.

In room shower with no divider is always frustrating to some extent. The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay.

Great location, easy to reach from the airport with a lot of food options around. The place seemed to be rather new and personnel were nice and friendly.

The place was not very clean, lots of spider webs wherever you look. Additionally, there was a pigeon living in the ceiling above our room entrance (yes, inside the room!).

The hotel is perfectly located to walk on the riverside and around the town. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the fact there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The girl on reception is lovely and recommended places for us to eat and visit.

Super comfortable room, spacious and a decent bathroom. Very kind staff. Perfect location right next to the night market and walkable to any place in Krabi Town centre. Yet, it was reasonably quiet, as there isn't really much noise from the street.
