The staff were really nice,great location, you can go from there to all islands by trip plans they help you plan it all in the front desk. They give you 2 bottles of water every day. Air conditioner was great. Paid only 3240thb for 5 days so it's fair enough.

The water's pressure in the shower is very low. The shower wasn't clean at all ,all the walls were dirty.(202) They give you only one key. The pillows wasn't comfortable at all too big and hard. Only one side bed furniture . All the electricity is not good for EU chargers it falls out easily ..so you wake up and realize it didn't charge. No hand/face towel , only one hanger in the shower for towel and clothes. No soap for hands. No mop in the shower.

I like the location even though it's far from the main beach Ao Nang, but its surrounded by shops, markets and restaurants where they have a more local flair. I did 3 days of different tours back to back, and I booked all the tours via Lada.

It was far from Ao Nang Beach, almost 30 mins on my Grab car rides and I paid a lot even with my discounts. So I advise you either join a tour or rent a car, it really depends on what you want to do.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was big enough, clean, comfortable, quiet and came with a balcony. The best part was that it was very close to the Black Crab Night Market by the river where we ended up eating all our food and buying fresh fruit and smoothies from (go check the amazing Burger stand there 😋).

This isn’t a complaint more like a point for improvement. Our room was clean but there were lots of big cobwebs all over it so perhaps it should be checked for.

- everything can be heard in the room (from the corridor, neighbors, every door slamming) - other guests smoking weed in the corridor so you smell it in your room (obviously new standard in Thailand as weed van be smelled everywhere) - older room equipment and esp. towels and bed linen (with holes) doest look good.

For the money we paid was the room great, quiet located and they arranged us a taxi to the airport for 350baht. Around the corner is a food market with good food and drinks and some souvenirs! Close to the airport.

The room didn’t smell that great, but we left the bathroom ventilation running for a bit and it became better.

We loved our stay at Lada Krabi Express, it was very comfortable for our final stay before the airport the next day. Staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and the shower was good pressure. We found the bed comfortable as well. The lift for our luggage was awesome so we didn’t have to carry it up the stairs. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Good location and quiet sleeping at the same time. The busy weekend market and another night market are just few minutes of walking from this hotel. Room was spacious, had a nice balcony for smoking and a comfortable bathroom. The bed was big and comfy too, and there was a fridge as well. The hotel offers motorbikes and tours, which I used and was happy with. The reception is always smiling and I felt very comfortable the whole stay!

Helpful staff, clean and very good location. It was great value for money.

We stayed for an entire week so next time I would book a superior room to have more space and bigger windows. The room we had was a bit dark and not much room for our luggage.
