I looooved the bed! 🤩 I have to say this first because prior to booking this place I read a lot of comments on how bed was hard as a board… well, if you’re a western princess/prince who likes to sleep in a fluffy cloud you will be disappointed. Hard beds are Thai standard and personally, I love them. Had amazing sleep there! The owners are sooo lovely! Location perfect, in the centre yet calm and quiet. Super clean! I also rented a scooter from the owner at a good price. When I come back I will definitely stay there.

It’s clean, it’s air conditioned and well situated in town. For good price as well This place is great if you’re in Krabi town for a few days. Perfect if you’re out all day on a boat trip, Immigration office is a 80b Grab ride away. The family running this place is extremely helpful ask them anything and they will set it up for you for a great price. You can see he has been doing this for a long time.

Rooms are pretty small and not very well equipped. Seems a bit basic at first glance, but it’s fine.

As we stayed only one night there are not much to say. The one thing that i have to, though, it was the MOST cleaned place that I've ever stayed. It was suuuuper clean. You have to leave your shoes at the reception/entrance and walked to your room with clean flip flop or barefoot. Is close to a restaurant (Fresh i think is the name, very good) and there is a seven eleven in the corner. Krabi is not a place to walk around as there are not many people as most of them go near the beach and not in the city center.

A very good hotel. I especially want to highlight the hotel owners! They left a very positive impression. They are ready to answer any question, always willing to help, and always in a great mood! The hotel itself is peaceful, the room is clean and quiet. The only thing I would like to have in the room is a kettle and cups. Thank you for your hospitality, I definitely recommend it! We felt at home!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance of downtown Krabi. We also had a small balcony, which was a nice addition. Otherwise, the building was very quiet, and we didn’t experience any noise disturbances.

The mattress was a bit firm, but that depends on personal preference and wasn’t too much of an issue. However, the bathroom was quite small.

Amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful! Had a contact to rent a scooter for a good price. Was close enough to everything just a little walk to the main walking street. Very comfortable and secure. Clean and well kept. Great stay thank you!

The bed are a little harder than we are used to and pillow seem very large for a harder bed. But still amazing value for the money and would recommend 10/10 times for staff service and value!

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a problem with leaking sink which was fixed on the day I pointed it out. Hotel is walking distance from town centre. Every day recieved new bottles of drinking water

There was a lot of noise coming from the fuse box right outside my door and it took some time getting used to that, especially at night.

owners/managers were extremely nice and responsive all the time. if anything they one of the best thing about this experience. another thing was how spotless the place was, everywhere you looked. location in general was good.

although being located in a good spot near downtown area, location was a bit tricky, even for a local taxi driver, he found it quite difficult to access due to being hidden behind small and narrow streets. beds were not comfortable at all, it felt like instead of a mattress they used a couple of wooden boards rapped in some cloths.

The staff were incredible, they were always there for us when we needed something and very nice to us. We liked the room because we had a mountains view and it was in the middle of a calm village! I really recommend this place !

I'd say that they don't have an elevator but I totally understand that it cost a lot of money. It was just a bit difficult with the luggage.

4 nights beginning July 21. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation has 3 floors, and my room was good size and clean; bed, chair, wardrobe, table, 1 small nightstand, and a nice 1/2 size refrigerator (not the small ones that I'm accustomed to); a functional room that's not fancy, which is fine with me. The bed was firm, but not uncomfortable for me = subjective opinion. The location was good = a short walk into Krabi town. The owners told me where to meet the public (and cheap = 50 baht each way) songthaew (= pickup with bench seats = Thai style) so I could visit Ao Nang beach area nearby. The owners called the minivan (90 baht) to pick me up and take me to the airport. The bathroom/shower area was OK with very good water pressure (I was on the 2nd floor); owners provided some shower soap and shampoo. Overall, a great deal for the price = just under 500 baht/night via Booking. 89 Cafe & Restaurant is a 5-minute walk away (western & Thai menu, but can also do vegan and vegetarian versions if you tell them which ingredients you don't want). The accommodation has lots of brochures of what to see & do in Krabi, but this information just might not be current in the post-Covid era.

There was a hot water kettle in the reception area, but no kettle in the rooms. TV had only Thai channels, so no English-speaking news channels like BBC.
