The Krabi River Hotel is a great location, right on the river walk, whether you’re staying in Krabi for a few days like us or just passing through. It is a 10 min easy walk to any of the three good night markets. It’s a 5 min walk to the Krabi high speed ferry pier or Longtail boats. 5 min walk to 7/11. Front desk supervisor Pang is friendly, welcoming and a plethora of local information and the two Housekeeping girls, Lek & Sao make sure your room is clean and restocked daily. The beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure is good with plenty of hot water. What more could you ask for? I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great place for 1 night - we got here in late afternoon from the airport (via Grab taxi) and left the next morning. We had the higher floor room with balcony and river view. Hotel location walkable to the main town areas and the night market, great river views, serene. Coffee staton in room. AC unit and the oscillating worked ok. Nice, modern rooftop resto/bar to have a beer. Nice riverfront for an evening walk, felt safe as families are late picnicking and people fishing.

Small room. Furniture in the room are showing its age, overall felt a bit dated and worn down. Bed felt soft and lumpy. For one night okay, can't complain for the 1 night value.

Easy walking distance to town.We had a river view with balcony room which was fabulous. The hotel was quiet and had a great cafe/restaurant/bar on the top floor with amazing views. Good restaurants also close by. Water was hot and bed was comfy.

Our friends booked a standard room and it was very dark and the window opened on to a brick wall so lights were needed at all times. They offer rooms with city views and imagine they would be the top floor, looking over the top of the adjacent building, although didn't inspect one

The hotel was in a nice quiet spot, just a 7 minute walk down the boardwalk to water ferry. Keep in mind, there are no elevators, so be prepared for stairs. The cafe on the roof was lovely. The VERY BEST ICED COCONUT LATTE EVER!! I will be dreaming of this coffee forever! Staff was friendly, room was comfortable with a great river view. We really loved the night markets, especially the Krabi Street Walking market on Sunday. Great location to get to Railay, Hong islands, Ao Nang, etc, etc. We would definitely come back! So much more to explore!

cheap over night next to river. big clean bed. nice view from the balcony. close to night market. shower had soaps and the ac was wonderful this night. is a great spot if taking any of the local ferries as a quick connection. I travelled around 35 hours before I landed here so I just needed a little break in travels to get some sleep, shower eat and continue the journey. this place is worth the visit. they also had a rooftop bar but be aware only cash.

This is my favorite location in Krabi Town! The balcony rooms are sure to please, the standard rooms are an affordable way to get yourself in at this address. Great aircon, hot water, mini fridge, closet, tea pot, and even a safe add the amenities that set this place above the rest. The rooftop views and the cafe make it easy to start your day charmed. This hotel has excellent management. The staff is excellent and can help with whatever you need. Thank you so much to Prim! She made me feel so welcome with her kindness.

Book early if you want to stay here! The popularity means it's always booked in high season.

We stayed one night because we could not transfer from Khao Sok to Ko Jum on the same day. Ferry left at 11:00, pickup from hotel at 10:00. The breakfast service opened at 9 (too late) and was a disaster. We were a group of 3 couples, and although we had ordered basic food by 9:05 (like toast and eggs), the staff did not manage to bring out the food by 9:45. Even our simple black coffees took them 15 minutes. Our three separate orders strangely ended up on the same tab, which was also really annoying. We thus left empty-stomached to our 90 minute ferry ride. This was an unhappy ending to an otherwise comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a superb location...quiet but yet not too far from all the amenities. We got a room with the view, and it was a delight to sit there early in the mornings and evenings to watch the boats, people passing by, and having our breakfast and snacks. Pang, one of the receptionists, was a jewel. She went out of her way to help us by explaining everything and was very informative.

The quality of the toilet papers was terrible, very thin, and used quickly.

Staff were very nice and helpful. We had a problem with our taxi, so the receptionist helped us find a taxi to Phuket. We stayed at room number 201, it had an amazing river front view. The cleaners were very friendly and helped us when we needed something. It was clear that the place had undergone renovation as the place had electric locks, amazing decoration and a fancy rooftop cafe/bar (online menu with payment all done via qr code) with a spectacular view of the river and an option to sit inside with ac. The room we stayed in featured an ac with many controls.

As soon as we entered the room & dropped our bags, we went straight to the balcony & sat there for an hour transfixed with the gorgeous view of the river. The river view room are hands down the best money we ever spent. Pictures don't do justice to the breathtaking view you get from the balcony. Best best best ever hotel stay for us! The location is in the heart of Krabi town, all essential stores & town attraction like walking street & night market are within walking distance. Definitely don't miss Caramel cafe for breakfast/brunch, about 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, Krabi & its people are such gems in this world. <3 Peter & Mako (reception staff) were really helpful with information & anything else that we needed during our stay, they shared extensively compiled resources like popular places, tours details etc. with us on whatsapp as soon as we checked in. You can book river or island tours at the Hotel itself. The room is clean & all necessities are taken care of. The housekeeping staff were friendly & professional.

The fact that we stayed here only for 5 days and not more <3 Krabi River Hotel is just perfect in every possible way!
