Our stay at the Dee Andaman was wonderful. The room we stayed in was the largest and most beautiful of our entire trip to Thailand. The hotel itself is spacious and charming, though it could benefit from more maintenance to truly shine. A highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the young receptionist. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from ordering delivery food to arranging transfers and excursions. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.

I want to scream.!! This is the awesome place i stay sooooo far (within budget) Forget about outdated furniture (come onnn guys, old is awesome). U found : - peaceful (for introvert person, u absolutely gonna love this place) - recreational park just nearby. U walk for 2 min and u found it. - soooooooooio near to beach. Imagine u jogging in front of the beach. Whatt~ crazyyyy. I know.. No worry, 7-11 also nearby. U dun die starving.. - they have swimming pool, lovely cat, book sections to read (but most in germany language) - facilities tip toppp.! Except no iron.

Great location to visit Krabi as it is an easy walk to the town center. Also easy to get to from the ferey. The bed was a little softer than we like but that's a matter of preference. We solved the "problem" by removing the mattress topper. The pool was a joy to come to after long walks around town. The staff was uniformly excellent and very helpful, going the extra mile whether it was finding us the beat travel deal or making sure breakfast (which was great) was always replenished and fresh, and the rooms clean.

Not so much that we didn't like anything. The facilities are starting to show a bit of wear. Also, we had issues with our shower when we arrived -no warm water-but the excellent staff made sure it was fixed immediately.

Spacious, beautifully decorated room & bathroom. Great pool. Hotel is in a quiet are but close to town centre. 7/11 in walking distance. Easy scooter hire at hotel (150-200 TBH per day). Friendly & helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. I’ve booked an very nice 4 island tour through the hotel with pick up at hotel. Krabi town is interesting and much more relaxed than Ao Nang. Ao Nang is an easy 25 min ride on the scooter. I can highly recommend this hotel and I’m looking forward staying there again.

We stayed at Dee Andaman Hotel for just one night after arriving on a late flight, as it was conveniently located near the port for Railay Beach. While it was meant to be a simple pit stop, it ended up exceeding our expectations. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable—just what we needed after a long day of travel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and even reminded us to grab our complimentary coffee or orange juice on the way out as we headed to the port. A surprisingly pleasant stay in a great location for travelers in transit!

Property was very clean and very well kept and in a quiet location but still within a short walk of shops and restaurants in the town centre. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Staff were very kind and polite and were highly attentive throughout our stay. We did not have breakfast but we had a lunch by the pool which was very enjoyable. Very reasonable price and good value for money.

Parts of the hotel were slightly dated and other areas looked like they were either unused or in use as storage. This includes the bathroom which worked fine but looked like it could use a slight refresh. Areas at the rear of the hotel near the pool also looked like they could use a slight improvement.

The hotel is beautiful, and is kept immaculately clean. The bathroom was beautiful too with modern facilities. The staff (all of them) could not do enough to help with anything you needed and arranging day trips with the better companies. Tge pool again was spotlessly clean and lovely to use. The only slight down side was that you will need transport as it is quite a walk to Krabi town in the heat. But I hired a scooter and could not have been more pleased with my stay. And the food they serve was cheap and perfect

Nice comfortable room with a nice view over outskirts of Krabi. We stayed only one night as we were flying out of Krabi the next morning. Shortly after checking we realized that my husband had left his backpack with medications in the taxi. The owner / manager was very helpful, trying to contact the company by phone for us and when he had no luck he drove us in his personal vehicle to the taxi office where we found the driver and retrieved the backpack. Can’t say enough about how helpful he was!

We had an issue with the hot water in the room that was rectified immediately when we let staff know.

Nice cozy place. The room is clean, well-kept, everything is neat. The bed is 180*200 cm, comfortable mattress and lots of pillows! Super big blanket. It is comfortable to sleep. The room has air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, safe, kettle, mirror and private bathroom. The service includes towels, bottled water, toiletries. There is a recreation area with a swimming pool in the yard. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Breakfast can be included in the stay, check when booking. Breakfast is normal, there is plenty to choose from, buffet. There is tea, coffee, juices, vegetables for salad, toast, some fruit, fried rice and stewed vegetables.

Size of the room, huge bed. Outside the hustle and bustle of Krabi, but just a 20 minute walk to the center. The pool and area are very clean and good Breakfast is repetitive, but reasonable. Staff happy to help.

Plugs in our room 307 were useless with an UK adapter. Had to wedge things under the adapter to get them to work. Air Con looked new, but didn't get really cold. Room cleaned late in the afternoon, so we were back in the room by 4pm so missed a clean twice, so just took clean towels etc at the door. Lighting is dim.
