My room was super clean. I was a bit paranoid up first just because of previous reviews but I looked at the last four reviews in 2023 and everybody left a 10 so I went with that my room was super clean smells good surprisingly had cable TV, hot shower, comfy bed. The only thing I had issues was connecting to Internet, which wasn't a big deal because I have unlimited data. I come from Baja soooo Internet is not an issue for me.

It was Thanksgiving day. I felt uncomfortable with the staff because they weren't that friendly but they weren't too bad, they were friendly enough. It was Thanksgiving day, and I just wanted to check in2 hours earlier, but they would not let me. I got there at 2:45 PM and they let me check in. I run an actual bed-and-breakfast in the state of Hawaii so I know there's always an earlier check-in however it just wasn't available to me at the time which is OK and it's not their fault it specifically says check in 3 PM. I just would've liked to feel more welcome. Maybe if they were more friendly, it was not business such a big deal.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Wyndham National City CA. I live just down the street but I had plumbers removing my septic tank and hooking my house up to the sewer line. I've lived in Bonita for over 40 years. I frequent Plaza Bonita which is right down the street from the Wyndham property, you could actually walk but on this particular weekend it was a monsoon. The best part about that property, in my humble opinion, the owners and/or managers were very nice and it's not like they run a tight ship but it was very nice and quiet and just plain pleasant. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Chula Vista CA. around New Years. OMG what a nightmare drug deals going down in the parking lot pit bulls everywhere. Since I'm a retired Federal Prosecutor this was like being in hell! They overcharged me and the first night I had people knocking on my door (9X). I will definitely recommend this property every chance I get. I do remember this property years ago and it was seedy and run down. They've done a beautiful job!! I guess the riff raff from years ago have now relocated to the Red Roof Inn.

Don't change a thing.

The parking lot was clean with plenty of parking space. The staff was very friendly and efficient. And once I entered my room, I was impressed. It was very clean and modern with nice furniture.

I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I was very impressed.

The website displayed free breakfast offered. However, it was not available. Someone should correct that information.

The location worked well for us near the cemetery services we attended. While they were remodeling, they were quiet. Room was clean and comfortable for us.

The smell of the lobby and hallways smelled weird and the “breakfest” was more like a grab and go with cereal, fruits, granola bars..

Everything is good, this gentleman at front desk very kind, I believe hi name is Sitaf. everyone very gentle and the price is good.

Location was in walking distance of Bonita Mall.

Service very good. Everything clean.

The only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper 🧻 low quality.
