Spotlessly clean. Big room and everything you need for an extremely reasonably price. Although a bit further away than other hotels from the walking street and the restaurant/bar scene in that area it’s not that far (especially if you have a scooter) and it conveniently has a 7-Eleven and a Lotus’s right next to it.

A bit of noise coming from what looks to be some sort of local small bus depot right in front of the entrance. Ask if you. An have a room on the other side as that should surely be more quiet.

Very cute place and amazing staff. Always very kind and greeted with smiles. They went out of their way to make sure I boarded the right bus to the bus station! The hotel cat is also very adorable. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly large.

There was a gecko in my room when I first arrived, but I thought it was cute. It was on the wall and hid behind the air conditioner. On my last day there was a tiny cockaroach on my TV screen, which I wonder how it go in the room (I didn't have leftover food out or anything). Other than that, very cleanly, but I think there is a space in the room where critters can come in.

The room was a lovely size and spotlessly clean. It seemed the entire hotel was very well looked after, and maybe recently painted. They also offered free toast and coffee for breakfast, which was a bonus. The Internet was also very good. They had a reading area, with books in reception, great for those rainy days. It was just a really nice place to stay.

Nothing, what's not to like.

The hotel itself is absolutely ideal. Basic but clean and with helpful staff. Comfy, large rooms, decent shower and toilet facilities.

The town, unfortunately. The location and surrounding streets are fairly run down but that cannot be attributed to the hotel team. I thought I might spend some time there but was eager to move on, using it as a rest stop rather than a feature of my trip.

Third year in a row and Sino Mansion still rings all the bells. Clean, Good value, good location, daily housekeeping, fridge, tea kettle, morning toast and coffee in reception… and a nice cat. I enjoy the daily activity in the small, local bus area in front of hotel - if you don’t, ask for room in back. After 10 days in cold water bungalows, always a treat to be here

Spacious, clean and centrally located in Ranong Town. Songtaews to local destinations leave directly in front of the hotel. 7-11, Lotus's & Watsons around the corner. A stonesthrow away from the Saturday evening walking street and rijght across the road of a big wet market with food options. Characteristic building and lobby area.

Nothing much to dislike. I always like it, when hotels allow to check inn/ get to the room before the official time. This wasnt the case here (we arrived around noon), but maybe the room was genuinely not ready yet.

Sino Mansion is a splendid step back in time with a very modern touch. The rooms are extremely spacious and bright and felt both modern and traditional Chinese. The bathroom was a great Joi to shower in after a long trip and across the street to the left is Ranong's best kept secret Pad Thai. Parking is ample and the morning hustle of public transport was lovely to watch without it creating any noise. Loved it!

I have nothing negative to say about this place.

The location is next to the market, quite congested, but convenient to travel, there is a parking lot, the room is spacious, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean, the hot water can be adjusted to the desired temperature,

but the hotel does not have an elevator, so it is inconvenient for people with large luggage.

The location was fantastic! Watsons, Lotus' and 711 were less than 100metres away. Also very close to the walking street market which was great.The hotel and our room was very quiet, away from traffic but convenient location. It was perfect for us for a one night stop over, on our way to the Ranong pier to go to Koh Phayam.

Even though I just overslept here one night, this accomodation had a very positive impression on me. It was clean, new, and the room has huge. The common areas were also representing a high level of quality.
