- Amount and variety of food and drinks - Room was spacious and spotless - Staff was very kind and helpful

- Familie Spa is not as nice as the Alpen Spa (which is not accessible for young kids) - The playroom could use some upgrade and refreshment (it smelled very musty) - The waiter several times took our pricey cocktails with still 1/3 cocktail left, away - Dinner was put on the table while we were both not at the table (we had to check our daughter in the bedroom), this wasn’t communicated - Overall 500+ euro per night still seems a bit excessive

The dining and breakfast were excellent, rooms soacious, spa delightful and staff super helpful and friendly.

All was great. Maybe conditioner could be foreseen in the toiletry if there is any remark to be made.

Brand-new, amazing spa, pool, and views, with excellent food. The design suites are incredible, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A beautiful ski resort.

The rooms were overheated, while the outdoor pool could have been warmer.

Loved the design comfort and value for money. The staff was so nice to check us in really late without any hassle. I even left behind an important personal item and they’re helping me get it back as we speak :) Personally loved the ‘c type’ cable direct chargers by the bedside.

very relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food

We stayed in the old part of the hotel which was nice but had no air conditioning. As it was really hot during our stay we had to leave the windows open and that made us hear the street noise.

The set up in the restaurant and the amenities for the kids was excellent. The staff from the check-in through the restaurant and the the room keeping were all very friendly.

The chlorination in the pool was to high and we all had issues with the skin. We do understand that it is difficult with so many kids in the pool but it was still not pleasant.

The food was amazing, even the „Nachmittagsjause“ felt like a proper dinner buffet. Very beautiful SPA, nice rooms (nothing special though) and friendly staff. Definitely can recommend!

Great all round: spacious room, beautiful spa, great food for breakfast and dinner, the afternoon snack was surprisingly big, and very close to the ski lifts.

The staff were all very nice. Breakfast had a good selection.

There weren’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This would have been nice as we are early risers and breakfast didn’t start until 7:30am. Also after a day skiing it would have been nice. The pillows were all feather. I should have requested a different one!
