The staff was fabulous, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The castle was very quiet and we slept well every night. It is about 15 minutes from the center of Stockholm, which made it easy to get to all the main tourist sites, but far enough away to feel like a country estate. The breakfast was wonderful, and the baker even made fresh breads every morning. But what gives this castle a place in our hearts is the amazing staff

What a pleasure it has been to stay at Ulfsunda Slott on my four-day visit to Stockholm, my first time in Sweden. The reception team were attentive and helpful, my room was comfortable and cleaned daily and the fabulous breakfast is included in the price. After a full day’s sightseeing it was good to be able to come home to this tranquil retreat. Set in beautiful grounds, Ulfsunda Slott is just a few minutes walk from the Tram with connections to the Metro. I bought a green travel card which proved a great deal. In fact, I’d encourage the management to make it clearer on Booking. Com just how accessible the city is from this delightful venue. And it’s equally close on public transport to the gorgeous Drottningholm Palace from where you can enjoy a fantastic boat ride to the old city. And don’t miss a guided tour of City Hall (Stadshus) a glorious cathedral-like building across the water from the Old Town (Gamla Stan).

It was odd not to have tea/coffee facilities in my room but hot drinks were available free at all times of the day and night from reception.

We like how the hotel has been kept in a classic style. History and stories about the hotel are well-provided. This helps us to feel more knowledgeable about the place. The room was nice and the breakfast selection was pleasant. All staff are working with great hospitality and lots of smiles. The hotel's facilities meet our expectations except one thing that can be improved which is the missing of a hand grab bar getting out of a bathtub. This could be quite dangerous for elderly guests.

I loved the concept of the hotel old castle made into hotel the furniture the atmosphere the nature surroundings and singing birds in the morning the staff were great all the reception girls were so kind and welcoming and would help you with anything u need

The only thing was no a c was very hot they got me a fan which helped at night and there wasn’t a phone in the room

Great hotel in an old castle, which successfully mixed old and new in a very stylish way. Breakfast was great, the rooms are comfortable and look cool, and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful as well. With a car you're in the city center or close to it in 10-15 minutes. We would definitely come back.

the music (surround system) at the terrace and at breakfast inside Way too loud and the same silly playlist all day long and the next day the same songs It simply does not match with this beautiful hotel and the tranquil environment

The hotel had so much character. The interior design is beautiful and very artistic with moody vibes. Loved the breakfast and my room was so cosy. So happy I stayed here.

I had some issues connecting my phone to the TV to watch Netflix but it worked at the end.

The building is a treasure! You feel like royalty! Breakfast is excelent and the play room at the third floor is perfect for lazy days. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. A place to come back to!

Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. All rooms are different, we got a really nice one. Free parking. 4 charge stations for electric cars. The spa on-site was really nice as well. Keep in mind it's a bit far from downtown, takes at least 30 minutes by public transport. This location is a romantic and peaceful retreat.
