Short distance to grocery store and train station. The apartment was clean and very nice

The fire alarm is too sensitive, the apartment next to us was cooking, the fire alarm there got triggered, when we opened the door to check what was going on our alarm was triggered even though there was no smoke and it just wouldn’t shut down until the guys next to us took the alarm down and the put it back again. For some reason this caused that the alarm wasn’t working as it should so we got visit from the maintainance next day. The stove wasn’t working and we only got an emil regarding that after arrival.

Very comfortable, clean and well-furnished room. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of pans and utensils.. The self check-in was very easy. Walls seemed pretty solid compared to some places I've stayed, and I heard very little noise from my neighbours. Location is obviously outside of the city centre but a tram stop and ferry pier are both within walking distance. I particularly recommend the ferry, a very pleasant and relaxing way to get into the city! Supermarket and local shops also very close by. I would absolutely stay again if I was visiting Stockholm.

No major negatives to speak of. There was a bit of smell from the shower drain, but I am being very picky.

I always enjoy my stays here. The apartments are clean, well equipped, almost always quiet, and come well equipped with everything you could need during your stay (including an extra heater, blankets etc if you're a perpetually cold person like me). The customer service staff on the phone are helpful and friendly, probably the most of any place I've stayed. The location is great, just a 5min walk to two grocery stores, systembolaget, and a MAX fast food restaurant, as well as trams/buses that get you into central city very quickly (depending on where - 15-20mins). The only improvements that could be made are that the double beds are often just two twin beds that are pushed together with a mattress topper on top, so it frequently happens that the beds move apart during the night, and one (or both 😂) of you fall in the gap. Otherwise, I'm always happy with my stay.

The apartment is well equipped and has a very good location in Hammerby.

While we understand the importance of electronic registration, it should also be customer-friendly. Despite many overnight stays on the current tour, no other accommodation offered such a formalistic approach. The customer registers, and the registration is electronically rejected without precise notification of which data is not acceptable. The requirement that the customer's ID photo is not accepted is quite unusual, as it is scanned at every airport without any problems. The process absolutely needs to be made more customer-friendly. The competition is doing it everywhere.

I always love coming back to stay here in Stockholm. Having a fully equipped apartment (including kitchen) makes longer stays very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent (both to the street outside and other apartments), and the size of the apartments are very generous. Check in/out is also very easy. The location is perfect, just a 3min walk to a tram/bus, or 15-20 walk to the subway, which is a great alternative when the weather is nice, and you can walk along the water. It also has some nice restaurants, fast food, and a grocery store within 5mins walk.

Unfortunately, there is no way to control the temperature in the room. Maybe it was just because it was summer, but they had the air conditioning on, and it made the room much too cold. There was an extra electric oil heater in the closet, but it was too small to actually make any difference. It was often warmer outside than inside, but we couldn't even let the warm air in because the windows are not able to be opened Also the double/queen bed was two smaller beds pushed together, but not secured in place, and they would slip apart during the night - this would be easy to fix, even with cable ties.

It was clean, open and well equipped. It was my first stay so was a bit confused about the cleaning and that the fresh new towels were not being supplied automatically. But it was all in all very good, quiet, and above my expectations. I had to extend my stay and it was handled very well! Many restaurants and shops nearby.

The microwave oven clock light was quite bright in the open space so I had to use a fabric to block it. There was also an occasional smoke smell in the room - explained by smokers parking themselves under the air intake outside (asked them to move on one occasion). Room was at times a bit chilly but the extra heater helped so it wasn’t too bad.

Pretty nice apartments, comfortable beds, great shower and good kitchen with all utensils etc you'll need. Stayed in two different apartments with two different set-ups, so there is to choose from what will suit one's needs. Very warm building. Had also washer/drier which was very handy. Customer service was good, they answered back fast and fixed couple of small issues we had.

It is further away from the center but easily accessible by tram or busses (not really a negative thing). This wasn't an issue for us as it was a walking distance from 3arena. There were couple of silverfish in both apartments we stayed, but the staff told us that is normal in Stockholm. They are harmless, but where I'm from, we do get rid of them and look into if there is underlying problem. Unable to control the A/C.

Very clean and spacious apartment; Nice & comfy bed and all the necessary amenities - great size kitchen, a TV, sofa and a dining table. Loved the contactless check-in system - very easy and quick access to both the building and the apartment.

The one and only noticeable problem was the shower - it does not have the base and the only thing between the shower space and the rest of the bathroom is these glass doors that aren't tightly fixed to hold back the water from leaking. So instead of taking a regular shower I had to dance around the shower trying to stop the water from leaking by pushing it towards the drain with my foot while shampooing my hair. It was a bit annoying but nothing major and that couldn't be easily fixed. Would love to have had some basic spices like salt & pepper in the cupboards as you're usually staying only for a couple of days and buying a full size salt box isn't very convenient (although we did end up buying it and just left it in the kitchen for others).

Super close to the bus/tram station. Only 15mins to get to the city center. Very calm relaxing neighborhood area. So many supermarkets and restaurants, yet not loud at all. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Every room has their own washing machine and this was very helpful. No detergent though.

There is no staff/counter so bit confusing when you want to ask for something. They won't clean the room nor change the towels for less than a 1 week stay. No breakfast as well. It's basically a temporary house and you would have to do everything by yourself.

Location is great. About 25 minutes by subway to the Gamla stan. Near the apartment there are supermarkets (Coop and Lidl), restaurants and everything felt pretty much close. Room was comfy, clean and spacious. I would definitely book this again if I were staying in Stockholm. They provided space for my luggage after my stay(My flight was later in the evening)

There are a lot of warning signs around the apartment like, "You shouldn't heat food over 10 sec, it will turn on the fire alarm and there will be a fine". Felt like I was doing something wrong all the time and I will be fined. But, this wasn't enough to ruin my review of the apartment. Everything was fine.
