Modern design with good finishes. Pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. Modern and calm environment. I liked the staff diligence in resolving the issues that I indicated as less pleasant.

I booked a room with a sea view and only after several attempts, we managed to get a room with a sea view. On the first 3 floors you need to be creative to see the sea. The view is obstructed. On these floors we also heard more noise from the main road right in front of the hotel.

The accounting system is diabolical. There seems to be little to no communication between the front desk who require you to pay in advance for all extras and the staff in the bars/restaurants who have little to no understanding of how much you've prepaid. It's very embarrassing and inefficient for all when they keep saying "we need you to pay more money" even when you have topped up the incidentals account. On check out, reconciling all of the charges and what had seemingly been taken and not taken off cards was horrendous.

The design is really really nice , the service from the lobby to roof bar, then wellness spa is excellent.

the cleaning ( lobby, lift button) and room make up could be better. Most Staff are very nice and professional, but there is a waitress( not very good English speaking) who worked on Easter Monday. She cleaned our table in a rush right after our kids left( even she didn’t ask if we need the food from kids’ plates, a big waste!) and put on all clean cutleries and plates on our table for the next round while my husband and I were still enjoying our coffee and fruits. It‘s a very loud working style and seemed like that she pushed to leave as soon as possible. It was not busy breakfast in the restaurant but I got stressed

The rooms were nice, clean and bright. The top floor restaurant view was stunning. Gym facility was fine - but I would have liked to have smaller hand weights to use, they started at 10 kg or something. The breakfast buffet was very large and offered a lot of variety. Any questions we had about our stay were answered quickly and professionally.

The cologne sprayed in the lobby was awful and I hated walking through the lobby because it was so strong you could almost taste it. The light switches in the rooms were the most confusing I have ever seen at a hotel. Even after 4 days I couldn't tell which switch did what. Waitstaff at the restaurant was often hard to get their attention. They would stand at the bar and talk for long periods of time without helping anyone. After it happened a couple of times we started going elsewhere for meals.

The spa and pool did not work and they offered a disscount on massages as an apology. It as a solid (50%) discount but still pointless if you chose the hotel for the pool or the sauna after a night of drinking… Something smarter could have been done by management.

We had an incredible stay! The hotel offers breathtaking sea views, and the spa is absolutely amazing: beautifully designed, relaxing, and with top-notch treatments that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. The interior design perfectly balances cosy and modern, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming, from the rooms to the common areas. The location is ideal, close to the beach, shops and scenic, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area easily. Whether you're after a quiet escape or a base for local adventures, it's ideally situated. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt pampered, relaxed, and genuinely taken care of.

Beautiful surroundings with all details taken care of, from decor to sound to scent. Felt like a luxury experience - which was a good thing at the price! The rooftop pool was amazing and the spa pool and facilitates were gorgeous. The cocktail bar downstairs was innovative with a great barman who loves his job and gave us a mini-masterclass on his cocktails. Super-comfortable beds.

Only two suggestions: the area is quite noisy (though no problem with the balcony doors closed, but it does waste the very nice balconies). The menu in the 7th floor restaurant was delicious but quite limited, so extending this would make things even better in this wonderful hotel.

The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront with panoramic views of the Atlantic and just a short walk to the beach, the Estoril Casino, and the train station. The design is sleek and modern, giving off a boutique vibe with a touch of luxury. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured a private balcony overlooking the ocean—perfect for sunrise coffees or evening wine. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar. It’s a stunning spot to relax with a cocktail while taking in the views. I also had a great time at the spa—clean, serene, and well-equipped.

The only letdown was the breakfast. While there was a decent variety, the food lacked flavor. Pastries felt a bit dry, eggs were bland, and overall it just didn’t live up to the standard set by the rest of the hotel. It wasn’t terrible—just forgettable. That said, I’d still recommend the hotel for its location, comfort, and design. Just don’t expect a memorable breakfast experience.

Same staff from previous visit in June 2024 were still there. Professional and friendly, nothing was too much. A special mention to Vanessa Duarte and all of the catering and service staff. All did an amazing job again. An extra thanks to your service staff member who joined in June 2024 (sorry, I can’t recall her name - Vanessa will know!). Food was exceptional and our dietary requirements were met at every stage superbly. Our friends who joined us on this trip absolutely enjoyed their stay too. Spa facilities were great and the cleanliness top notch. Our room was beautifully serviced and the lovely details (cake, card, champagne) made my birthday even more special - a big thank you to the Reception staff! Also, the bar staff were fabulous in helping us with port, wine and cocktail choices - making for some fun evenings. Keep up the brilliant work. We will definitely be back.
