The room was clean, great size, 300+ square ft , on ground floor with mini fridge, microwave, one cup Keurig coffee maker and nice size TV. Great size walk-in shower stall and built in make-up mirror with lighting. The king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice work station. Complementary breakfast in lobby right outside our door. The staff was awesome. Thank you, Shawna, Sandy, Teresa. Great location, literally walked across the street to eat at one of our fav restaurants and to our fishing adventure!

The room was nice but painted in dark colors which didn't help with lighting. There was dark carpeting as well.

After I booked our room through Booking.com, I received a message from the hotel saying that they were undergoing reconstruction... I was afraid is would be messy and noisy. No - our room looked brand new! The whole place smelled wonderful! We saw no evidence of any construction workers or materials, but were pleasantly surprised with a lovely room and location. Nice flooring, incredible powerful shower, white and comfy beds, and clean! All staff were friendly and helpful. About 2 miles to the beach - a straight shot from the motel and walking distance from lots of shops and activities.

Breakfast options are minimal... like milk and cereal and bagels. Lots of families with children, and I think everyone thought it would be more of a small breakfast buffet like you find in most mid-price hotels since they do indicate that breakfast is included. This was our only disappointment. Traffic is crazy, but we went the weekend before school starts in much of Texas, so it wasn't unexpected. The whole area is very family friendly, and tons of golf carts all over. The beach was wonderful- not too crowded, and nice and clean. You could see to the bottom all the way out which is comforting if you love to swim in the waves. We paid $12 for a 2025 beach parking pass.

Convenient. Easy to find. Creative building with center social area. Appointed well for a more upscale vibe. Cost of room vs overall location, feel, decor, layout, size of room, amenities- is a very good value at under $100 per night. Showers and beds are great.

Breakfast was subpar. Muffins were stale, as was cereal, fruit was aged, no waffle maker as expected, Almost better off not offering breakfast and invest in happy hour w/ snacks instead. Appliances (AC, refrigerator) are old and very noisy.

It’s in a great location close to the ferry, close to the marina, close to Roberts point Park, close to a few shops and a few restaurants. And the location is not far at all just a very short few minute drive to the beach.

The only thing I would change at this location is the breakfast. The breakfast is just muffins, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. So it’s more of a grab and go breakfast, but it doesn’t stop me from staying here. We’ve stayed here multiple times.

Clean, fridge clean & didn't freeze our water, coffee & Keurig maker, good seating, ceiling fan that moved the air around, working ac, toiletries, very comfortable bed, tv worked, clean carpet, speciality drapes & breakfast. Nice that no animals are allowed (no fleas in bed or animal yukiness) & didn't have to put up with any type of smoking or loud noises. Great luggage carrier to use. Great lighting inside & out.

Although it was a nice shower for disabled folks, getting out without stable bars on the outside walls was hard (slippery floors). The floor towel was way too small & we had to place hand towels on floors to keep from falling.

The Place was perfect for the Port Aransas firework show! The fireworks were spectacular! We had a front row seat because the fireworks were really close…about 2 blocks away.

I really liked the hotel, but there was no elevator. So, we had one set of stairs to go up, but after a long day at the beach, they felt like mountains! Although, this will not deter me from staying here again. They did give me good news.. they are building on to the hotel and the new section will have a bar on the third floor! Oh, and they said it would have an elevator—-so win-win!

We loved this hotel! The rooms were big and the hotel itself was fresh and clean. The location was great, the city is well set up so we walked a lot. The breakfast wasn't warm but the options were great-I highly recommend.

The beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked them to be, although they didn't seem to bother my kids or husband :)

I do not have anything negative to say about our stay here. The property and location were great. Clean rooms and facility. The rooms have a ceiling fan which was nice. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located just off the ferry, however you do not hear any noise from the ferry. There were places to eat and get live bait for our fishing right across the street as well as down the road a little bit. Staff were all very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The breakfast was always fresh and offered bagels, cereal, muffins, oatmeal and bread for toast, milk, orange juice, water and of course coffee.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

This small hotel has a modern bright atmosphere with an exceptional staff. Breakfast is continental but the price is so great, we just grabbed a quick bite and had a late restaurant brunch. Our king suite room was large and clean. The location near the ferry, beach, Charlie’s pasture, and downtown made it so convenient. The only drawback was some noise from upstairs when late arrivals mid night woke us. The staff were helpful in correcting the problem. It is a 2 story with no elevator. We stayed downstairs in a King suite.

Noise from upstairs one night.

TheCLEANEST Hotel!! I typically bring my own sheets when staying somewhere, but this place didn’t require me to use them. The beds are super comfy, the interior is nicely done, it’s very fresh and new. The only bad thing is that there is no elevator. I did request a 1st floor room, and that request was satisfied. I am excited to have found such a great place to stay! Sandy and Darian at the front desk were very helpful. I will be staying again.

No elevator.
