I looked at all the hotels in the area while I was there and this is by far the nicest, none of the others were even close. The staff were all friendly and attentive, the facilities immaculate, and the restaurant was just superb, both dinner and breakfast. It was nice not being in Bihac city. The hotel is out of town, close to Ostravac Castle and Cazin and it just felt like a whole different environment than Bihac, more typical of this part of the country. The Una River flows just behind the hotel and there are waterfalls at that spot. There is a small island in the back with bridge, footpath, and swans. My room had a balcony overlooking the waterfall and island. The water sounds were peaceful, I slept with the balcony door open, but I did wear noise cancelling headphones to block out the waterfall. With the balcony door closed it was very quiet, but I kept the door open to enjoy the pleasant spring air. The bed was super comfy, best night of sleep so far!

a beautiful old hotel that offers a warm feel, especially in the lobby and the breakfast area. amazing staff, especially people at the reception and cleaning ladies. communication and hospitality is amazing. I would love to see hotel improve with a bit more touch ups, e.g. option to have tea while relaxing after the sauna, to have some hooks to hang a towel near the shower that’s in the sauna area, to have the dark moldy bits cleaned in the shower of the bathroom in the hotel room, more natural light or lighter color of the walls in the hallways would brighten it. I understand that the resources are probably short to paint all the walls in the hallways or to change the old cabinets in the rooms, but it would elevate the whole experience a lot! this is all written with best possible intention! I don’t have any negative remarks and that alone says that this hotel and the people are doing their best with what they have, and if there will be resources to upgrade that would be highly appreciated :) amazing view from the balcony!

dark moldy bits should be cleaned in the shower

The reception staff's behavior was distinguished and elegant, especially the blonde lady. She gave me a special view of the room and cooperated with my previous request a month ago regarding the view. She kept her promise if the room was available. I thank her very much and hope she gets promoted. Long live Bosnia and its great people.

Amazing location, absolutely sweet staff, very kind and hospitable. Book the rooms with the waterfall view; it’s mesmerizing. Their blankets are also very soft!

One only negative aspect they had was the constant sewage smell in the toilet.

Fantastic place and amazing nature. Great service, very clean and confortable rooms. Kind personnel, delicious kitchen and restaurant. A breakfast is very tasty and incredibly rich menu.

they don’t help with the luggages

Gorgeous scenery and a great location to nature sites.

Restaurant while good, could use a slight improvement in services. Spa pool was also not warm and the steam rooms were turned off early in the evening.

Excellent hotel, little dated but well maintained, clearly undergoing refurbishment slowly. Attached restaurant does lovely dinners at very reasonable prices. Buffet breakfast was very good as well.
