- breakfast 2-star, a shame, each and every morning the same: yoghurt and selection of egg-food. OMG, I won’t ear fried eggs for a year, minimum - at the front desk the nice, straight hair woman was very kind. Not the same applies to the woman wearing glasses. My daughters told me not once that she was not kind with them.

We loved our stay at Hotel Fiesta. We stayed in July 2025 with our family of 6. Our four children - young adults and teenagers - loved the pool area , delicious breakfast and the location. The hotel was safe and walkable and the staff was extremely helpful in helping us book drivers and tours. We spent every afternoon at this beautiful pool after exploring the wonders of the Galapagos. This was the perfect spot as a home base for our family trip. We'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic pool area with essentially 3 hot tubs. Drinks available by the pool all day and there was a nice scene between 5-7pm. I liked the location which is about 10 minutes walk outside of the main town but some might want to be more in the center of the action.

Wifi was spotty across rooms and pool area. Continually had to log in. No shampoo or conditioner provided on the shower or even when I asked for it. For the price you pay these amenities are expected. Would have appreciated a few towel hooks in the bathroom. Only breakfast was served in the restaurant, no lunch or dinner (in May).

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the jetty and town centre, and is found in a nice quiet area. The rooms are on the smaller side, but are clean and cool. The staff were very friendly, all (at least) bilingual, and happy to help us organise trips that we wanted to do. The pool and spa area is nice with plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The breakfast included was a good solid start to the day, and whilst it was the same every day, there was multiple components so you could choose what you opted to eat.

There could be more information on activities to do around the island, although you can speak to staff members for help. Like all of Galapagos, the shower and hot water availability varied throughout the day and often wasn't very hot.

Breakfast was excellent, I loved everything about the hotel. Super clean. Wonderful vibe. Beautiful pool area, great staff, good breakfasts. Laundry service was great. The location was wonderful, I really loved that the Bohemian Bar was right next door for late night drinks and food. It was a perfect combination.

I was quoted a lower price per night, which was a problem for a couple of the travelers because they were students on a budget. The hot tub was not hot in the morning .

If you are staying in Puerto Ayora, this is a perfect location. The grounds and the pool are wonderful. The staff was always helpful, especially at the front desk. The location was very close to the dock for excursions. Breakfast was always delicious, with small variations each morning.

The room was a little smaller than we expected, but to be honest, it was really not an issue. We spent very little time in our room, and the size meant that the room cooled down very quickly.

Good heated jacuzzi area and nice pool. Good to be able to order drinks by the pool. Comfortable bed. Good size of the room. Good location. Water topped up daily in the room.

Sewage smell that came all over the area repeatedly, breakfast very average even with South American standards, no toilet brush or hair dryer(you have to go and ask for a hair dryer which should be standard in any room).

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I visited with my family (spouse and three kids, ages 11, 6, and 3), and we all loved it and wished we could stay longer. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, and the grounds (especially the pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge areas) were outstanding. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff was great. It was also nice that it is walking distance from the port. We were sad we couldn't have stayed longer.

This is very minor, but it would have been nice to have some non-alcoholic drink options at the bar. Otherwise, we loved it.

Beautiful pool area where it was very calm and peaceful, most of the time it was very easy to relax.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I would recommend is making it an Adult Only hotel: it’s such a peaceful location, but sometimes it can get noisy with kids (especially in the pool) which was annoying…

Fabulous pool area - great for a swim after hot sticky days in Santa Cruz or after a trip. The staff on reception were great and it was very laid-back

The rooms were quite basic for the price although we were in a large triple room up on the right; our friends were given one of the very small rooms on the left and they moved to a larger one like ours after one night (well worth the extra cost). The breakfast was very basic so we ate out after the first day.
