a comfortable hotel with well-appointed rooms and an extensive breakfast. Unfortunately, the employee at the reception was not very helpful. The website states that you cannot reserve a parking space. However, there are two places with charging points for electric cars and you need to reserve one. Luckily I still had one of the two places, but unfortunately their charging point is not equipped with a socket that works with the universal charging cable that comes with a car. The employee said that they had one charging cable that belonged to their charging point and that I could get it, but that fast charging was only possible after 10 p.m. I replied that I would first take my luggage to the room and then come and get the cable. When I went back a little later she said that she had given the cable to someone else and that there was only one. So I was unlucky. The next day, another employee said that there are indeed two cables. It was just in the closet. Too bad, because I had to drive specifically to a fast charger nearby before leaving.

Great friendly staff. Restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast had a good continental range. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze if your a larger set guy but the shower was surreal! Great location for stadium and westfallenhallen within walking distance and close to U46/45 underground

First night had some local football supports making noise. The walls are a bit thin. Needed a second pillow as one was not enough but staff provided a second one which fixed my issue.

Top location for EURO 2024, 12 min walk to the stadium, stayed for 2 nights, and everything was fine. Room was comfortable, big and clean. Excellent shower/bathroom! The restaurant was amazing. I loved the food during breakfast and had a dinner 🍽 ! Staff speaks good English and is friendly and helpful.

There is no hard soap in the bathroom, and a pair of hotel slippers would be nice, too.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space to put your stuff. I had to attend the dog show and the hotel is really very close.

I was cold at night and there was no additional blanket. I had to charge my electric car: the parking place were the charging station is was very difficult to access

The most outstanding thing about the place is the staff, in particular the gentleman who checked me in. He realised I'd had an awful day upgraded my room without charging me an arm and a leg without me even having to ask about it. THAT is customer service. Everyone else was also super friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was in top shape. It's especially handy, if you're going to an event in the Westfahlenhallen.

The only thing I might have to say is that I could hear a party going on in one of the function rooms two stories below my room. But I was handed earplugs, so it wasn't really an issue.

The beds were comfortable We asked for additional 3 pillows which were extra comfortable. The room and the bathroom were s good comfortable size.

I did not like the bathroom glass door. Doesn't provide enough privacy especially if you are traveling with kids; and does not block any sounds. There were no ventilation in the bathroom.

People were extremely nice and helpful, and the location was really nice. Breakfast was also really good.

It was missing some basic amenities, like a complimentary water bottle for the first night, or a kettle in the room. An extra pillow in the room would have also been great.

The location is perfect. It’s just 20 minutes walk from the Hbf, 10 minutes walk to the Signal Iduna park and 20 minutes walk to the Westfalen park. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The only downside was the escalation of the price on Champions league match day I visited, yet it was still one of the affordable choices to choose from.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and good facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful. On site parking was available and in case it is full they also have a separate garage where you can put your car.

Thanks to the soccer fans there were some empty beer bottles scattered around the hallways which were not cleaned up right away. That was basically it for the negative part, everything else was nice.

It’s near Signal Iduna Park, if you want to watch football games, it’s a good choice. The staff is very friendly. I found the security box didn’t work in my room, the staff helped me fix it soon. Room is clean and breakfast is delicious, good experience.
