The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing. Loved the choice in lighting being bright or more low. Nice seating area outside with all the lights. The Italian restaurant that was recommended across the street was VERY good. Didn't have breakfast but it smelled good!

The man that checked us in was rude. Maybe because we are Americans. I don't know. The staff later in the evening was pleasant. The placement of the clear shower wall when you are walking into the bathroom (at night and can't see it) is poor placement. I didn't get hurt but someone is going to. When I booked the hotel through booking.com it was misleading saying you were 3 miles from the train station. Maybe there is a small train station close-by but not the main Milan station and it cost us 55 Euros just to get to the hotel and another 130 Euros to get to MXP.

Super comfortable and spacious room and bed. Plenty of packing space, a big table and a huge TV screen.The bathroom was modern and clean. When you entered it smelled amazing. It had a mini bar and it was really modern and luxurious. The reception gave good tourist info. The parking was private and safe. There was a fitness center available between 7:00-22:00. I liked the type of sockets in the room when a cable is enough to charge your devices even without having a plug. It was outstandingly good value for money.

A little detail: I would have liked to have more sockets in the room.

Professional English-speaking reception staff, very clean & spacious room. Comfy bedding and good selection of toiletries/slippers etc in room. Accommodated our dog very well 👍

There are two room light settings; really bright strip lighting or obscenely bright strip lighting. We opted for darkness! Useful secure parking although this is not free (€15) We did not have breakfast as it’s a little overpriced at €16 per person ( cheaper to grab a coffee & a croissant at a service station).

The location is very nice and easy to find. The car parking couldn't be better located, easy to get into and very close to the hotel entrance. The room was always very clean and tidy, congratulations to the room service staff.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was unreasonably expensive, I accept paying €18 for lunch or dinner, not for breakfast. The lady who was at the reception in the mornings and who checked us out on the day of departure, is rude, arrogant and absolutely not cooperative. Maybe she made a mistake in the profession she chose, she doesn't have empathy with the customer.

Hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly. Great location and distance from the city centre. Good transportation facilities from the hotel to the city centre. Shops within close proximities.

Only down side is that we couldn't use the spa, was told needed to book an hour before use which was not communicated anywhere on the website or at the hotel reception. Also, everything on television was in Italian language with no English subtitles.

THE AREA: Quiet location, with plenty of public parking for car rentals. Lovely, quaint, shopping area. Café, bar, butcher shop, fruit store, supermarket with EXCELLENT prices. Wonderful dinner options across the main street. Minutes from a train station to take you to Milan. HOTEL: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new. Comfortable beds, well-insulated rooms, and windows. Maximum silence for ideal rest. Mini bar stocked with goodies for a fee.

Because the hotel is so new they are still completing the facilities. There is a gym next to what will be the spa. The Spa is still being built. Some units are still being finalized it seems but the manager made it very clear, no tools will be used until after check-out time, 11:00. Slight draw back if you want to sleep in. If we knew this we would not have booked. Besides this "what did I not like" section. The hotel was absolutely great.

Nice interior, friendly staff, very straight forward check in and check out. Modern hotel, with all necessities. Newly refurbished so will get better with time. Excellent location for me as i was travelling with car. 10 - 20 minute drive to centre.

Breakfast was pricey so we opted out. Hotel needs a bit more soul. Its newly refurbished but some small touches could help. However I found no matters to make a complaint about.

Spacious, pretty room with a well lit bathroom and large countertop. Good breakfast. A lot of grocery stores nearby. Staff were helpful and nice. Cookies on the pillows were nice too:))))

At the time of my stay, construction of the overpass was taking place, hence if you took the buss to the hotel it was difficult to cross the street with baggage and I wish the hotel informed the guests about it as I would’ve taken a taxi had I known.

Room was clean and spacious. It has its own parking. Location worked well for us as we headed to the coast and did not plan to visit Milan itself

There is a phone in the room, but no instruction how to call reception - we were not given wifi password at check in and no info in the room (we arrived really late). Hotel was calling me few times during the check-in day while I was driving - to take a payment for the room “to secure the reservation”. That really annoyed me.

The reception staffs helped us a lot.Most especially Oliver and Alejandro and the other guy I just forgot to ask his name are so nice and accommodating.Help us in our online payments for Milano center registration.The linens are clean and changed everyday.

The air conditioning is not functioning well.
