The apartment is clean, everything is in good condition. The location is good, 2 minutes to the Central Station and Metro, 15 minutes to Duomo by metro.

The contact person doesn't answer on time, doesn't answer phone calls. He told us to call him up if we arrived earlier and he would open the apartment, but he didn't answer the phone calls and didn't even give us a mobile phone number. The administrator girl came straight at 3 p.m. and opened the apartment. We waited there for 3 hours.

The apartment is right next to train station and airport transfer buses. Receptionist was also very nice.

Fee 50€ for late arrival after 8pm - especially that check in is from 3 pm. That’s expensive and property makes a lot of money extra from that I guess - especially that when I went down after few minutes receptions was gone - and he was saying he will be there for 10 more minutes. 100€ deposit - the information should be more clear on a booking - Ofc it’s in right place but at the bottom below the license information which from my perspective is unfair towards guests. If all the additional fees were written in a fair way I’m sure the stay would be more pleasant - I received back the money for deposit, but still I’m not a big fan of hidden gems like that ;) - it’s on a page but very low bottom . I can surly say it’s a nice place to stay for a night or 2.

Please Note that they have a several location for the Apartment Check in Place was near the Centrale FS but your room might be located in another area. So make sure to understand it well before booking. We originally book the one bedroom apartment not knowing the one with note "via pola 19" was located in a different location from the check in place. The host on the reception kind enough to offer us to change the room located in the "via pregolesi" (the check in location) with additional EUR 50 for one night. Considering we are traveling with old parents we think its a good deal for additional EUR50, but not to drag our luggage to another location again. So make sure that you book the room in VIA PREGOLESI not VIA POLA!! Then the location will be very convenient esspecially when you try to catch an early morning train from Milano Centrale.. Theres also a metro station nearby. Food was also easy to find as there will be many resto open near the Centrale Station. The apartment that we got was pretty big, clean and comfy.. The host in the reception was also very helpfull.

The entrance was quite small and not the easiest one to notice.. And for some travelers with big and lot of luggage there are stairs in the entrance (so get your muscle ready) and the lifts to the upper floor are pretty narrow. But it wont bother you that much..

This is our 3rd time in Milan, and out of all the accomodations we stayed in this one was our favourite. It was close to everything and it had everything we needed. The Milan Central Train was just there, it had different shops, restaurants nearby and even the mercato milan centrale plus the direct bus to Malpensa Airport is nearby. Oh and a gelato shop accross the road was an extra plus plus! When we return to Milan this will definitely be the place we will rent again.

Just one but not much the propertys fault. there’s a man from the next building that can view the apartment and we couldn’t close the shutter blinds so we blocked the window with towels instead. Just a minor issue that can be fixed.

The location right next to the central station was appreciated, as it made it very quick to reach the trains, metro, and airport transfer (the buses could even be seen from the balcony). The apartment was found to be very spacious and cozy, and the large mirror in the bathroom was especially liked. Everything necessary for cooking was provided, which was convenient for a longer stay.

We were given instructions on how to sort and dispose of the trash, which felt really strange considering the price, especially since we were staying only one night, but we were not told how to turn on the electricity. There was an additional charge for the AC, with no clear explanation of how they control it. A lot of time was spent waiting in line for check-in — the process was very slow. We were given the contract to read only in Italian. There was no hot water, as the boiler was turned off, and even if we had switched it on, it would have taken time to heat up, which we didn’t have.

The apartment would need quite a few repairs; the sink was not attached, the wall lights did not work, the internal door was sagging and it was difficult to open/close it, there was no remote control for the air conditioner, the windows did not seal and as a result it was blowing into the apartment, which meant that it was mostly in the apartment at night very cold because the heating was automatically turned off in the entire apartment. according to the instructions, you were supposed to separate the waste, but you didn't have a suitable waste bin in the apartment. We left the apartment almost in a cleaner state than when we received it.

Location is amazing! Just across the Milan Central Station. The balcony had beautiful view of Central Station and the flat felt like home. Everything was just great. Flat was clean and much nicer than on the pictures. Just one thing bear in mind if you come with baby strollers. The building has two elevators but both are really small. Our baby strollers are small and they managed to fit, but if you have bigger stroller, it might be a problem.

The reception is open 3:00 pm to 08:00 pm. This is the interval of hours u can do the check in. After that i guess they will charge you for late check in but i am not sure. Also, they willl charge u 100 euro as a deposit and refund it in the day of check out if the apartment is in good conditions. The property is situated exactly next to the milan central train station. In our apartmanet we had: towels, hair dryer, iron, mini kitchen, fully equipped and it was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable.

The apartment is very near the Milan Central Station with only 3min walk. Apartment size is large enough to host 5 adults with 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 1 seater sofa bed, and a separate room with queen bed. Fridge, Oven, microwave and kitchen utensils is provided which is sufficient to prepare your own simple meals. Friendly staff at main lobby to assist you during check in.

Small lift in the building to fit only 2 persons. Room toilet door not able to lock with a dummy key since there is no real lock install. Building staircases have no light install which makes it hard to see when walking down the stairs.

This apartment has been renovated very recently, so everything in the room is brand new and in perfect condition. The location is extremely close to the central station so it’s a perfect home base to explore the city, by foot or by metro. The kitchen has all amenities you need, the bathroom is very modern, and you have a balcony with a great view. All in all I have nothing bad to say about this place. Also I have to mention the check in, which was done by a very sweet lady who told me exactly how everything worked. Very much recommended!
