It was clean and. Beds where comfortable

No pool and it is located next to train tracks

Property was clean and nice on the outside and inside. Not a 5 star hotel but you know what you’re getting with a holiday inn and this one was very comfortable and clean. Staff at the front desk was a young man with a hand injury who was lovely and working so hard. He was so accommodating and available when we needed support with a large group and infant. We stayed here on our way down and back and had the same experience both times.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but the staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking spots are limited in the front of the building which made it a bit challenging. Also the main floor is actually the second floor from the back door entrance and the elevator was in constant use so disability access was slowed down significantly

The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and sweet. And later on I had some booking questions so I called down and he answered all of them. The room was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options, I only wished they had bacon... All the staff plus the owner was great and really nice.

I did a surprise engagement in Nashville. My girlfriend was already booked at the hotel to attend the George Strait concert. I drove in with our kids and proposed. Her and I stayed an extra 3 days. The staff was extremely accommodating and let me check in early. Fantastic service, excellent breakfast in the morning and a great location. The king suite was extra spacious and very comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Cost

Something was not right about the sheets on the beds. They were sticky as though they were not laundered properly. We had several members in our party who stayed also at your hotel and had the same experience with the sheets.

Very well maintained property. Good location. Good breakfast. Guest rooms were a good size. TV/channel choice was very good. Shopping/ restaurants nearby (walking distance) Definitely would stay there again.

Access was a little tricky with road construction on Old Hickory. Once that was mastered, hotel was OK to access. Number of parking spaces was a little limited, though.

Very clean, accommodating, and nice staff. I don’t stay in holiday inn express often because my experience has not been good but this place was great. Clean and accommodating. Close to everything we needed.

Very clean, fresh, and quiet. We had to stay an extra night because of severe weather up north so the laundry and fitness rooms was a welcome reprieve. The breakfast was also the best from all the other overnight stop overs we experienced!

closeness to downtown Nashville, easy to getvim & out of ~ friendly staff, wonderful breakfasts

tv kept freezing up....tho we were ran most of the day the hour in the a.m & p.m. is usually relaxing to watch a little local news

The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Appreciated the staff accommodating our request for first floor room.

Next to the train track so heard the train every half hour. The lobby and first floor not being on the same level was weird.
