Room was super clean, the bed was ultra comfy. The wifi is strong enough to support multi-player gaming and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Terri at the front desk. She recommended a few good places to eat in the area like Texas Roadhouse and Crumbl and she also allowed me to get extra towels and toilet paper because I kept the do not disturb sign on my door for 2 days. It was an all around wonderful experience. Even the location was perfect, just off the state highway but without the highway noise.

Nothing, it was the perfect storm

The fitness center had more than expected! My husband and I used the dumbbells and weight benches, the kettlebells, elliptical, treadmill. The coffee and tea bar was always available. There were enough breakfast choices that we never felt like we needed to leave the hotel for breakfast. We had an issue with our refrigerator and it was immediately replaced.

Everything about the stay was 5*. The staff was beyond welcoming and friendly.. Family-like feel. Which I could take them everywhere I stay. Clean rooms. Couldn't have asked for anything else. My flight was delayed they let me sit in the lobby. Flew in early and was able to check in early. Absolutely incredible!!!!!!

The breakfast was the bomb 💣. They have a little bit of every thing to meet your food needs. But I do wish they had keto or low carb bread for toasting. Loved the hot tub and swimming pool. Room was very clean beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Oh and there coffee ☕️ was good and hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel for sure.

Well my mom is in a wheelchair. So when I booked the room it showed and stated it had a shower (walk in ) . But when I got to the room it had a tub, so my mom couldn't take a shower. I did go down to the desk and we would've had to go/move to a smaller room (5 adults) . And since I booked with booking he didn't know how to do that. (The price was different).

The dining area was well kept and very cleaned. The entrance when you walked in was nice and clean and very welcoming. The people at the desk was very kind and helpful. Love the fact also accepting pets. The grounds are well kept.

That there was only 1 waffle maker and you had to wait long time to make one.

the location was great they had a waffle iron that made some delicious waffles. the pool is very nice and clean and fully stocked with towels! i also liked the fitness center although i was only in for a quick overnight stay i didn’t get to use it

The hot tub seemed to be closed for repairs

Location was very convenient.

Sports convention weekends. There were way to many in lobby outdoor patio are and the very small pool. The hot tub was broke and if I knew ahead of time I would’ve booked elsewhere. I also loathed the fact that in the suite there wasn’t a Keurig coffee maker?!

Staff is very friendly. Everything is clean Breakfast was good and great variety. Everything was in good working order

Pillows are a little flat

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very nice and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very professional and polite.

Would have been nice to have a tub.

I was charged $180 instead of $150 that I was supposed to be charged by using booking.com. I had to leave the property at 6 am, but there was nobody at the front desk to speak to.
