Great location. Close to everything you could need. Great breakfast buffet. Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Beds were comfy.

Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we had no sign out there saying we didn’t want it cleaned so we ran out of towels and kitchen area needed to be swept and cleaned up but I didn’t have a broom or cleaning supplies. The room is more like a hotel room with a little kitchen outside the bathroom but does the job.

It was a nice overall experience! The hotel was clean and had nice decor and furnishings that gave it an upscale, home feel. We enjoyed our time swimming in the heated indoor pool, was surprised by all of the kitchen supplies that were provided including pots, pans, and silverware. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection as well.

My only complaint is that the bathroom door didn't close smoothly and actually had to really be forced closed to latch. It also made a loud noise when released and opened, due to the pressure it took to close it.

The breakfast was very good. It was a wonderful start to my day. The full kitchen was AMAZING. It was so nice to have a full size refrigerator! Having cutlery was also very nice. It came in handy when I didn’t have silverware with my to go order! Also, having a garbage disposal was fantastic! We didn’t use it…but we COULD have used it if we needed too!!

The microwave light bothered me at night. Other than that, the lighting was fine. There really wasn’t anything to be done about it.

Breakfast was amazing, location great, staff extremely friendly, building was beautiful and very clean, room super comfy!

We received the wrong room key (or an inactivated one) and for the entirely wrong room as well, so went to 2 different rooms trying to get in with all of our luggage prior to having to return to the lobby again to get the correct key. I paid cash for the stay, but still was charged fees on my card (that are going to be paid back to my card) but I was unaware I’d be charged anything extra.

The breakfast and the cafe staff were awesome! Such sweet accommodating women! The walk-in shower was so roomy! Loved that there was a full fridge, microwave and cooktop in the room. Great fitness center. The pool area could have been better but there were a bunch of unsupervised kids everywhere, I think that played a part. For the most part, the stay was great.

I am ADA and the handicap spaces were not compatible. They were all the way at the end of the building. Very far from the front door and there was one about 100' in the middle of a huge parking lot ???? Seriously this is a huge fail. There weren't any blue spaces by the back door. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing. Staff did well with keeping it stocked for the amount of guests but the choices were minimal and limited for special diets. I made changes for the remaining breakfasts. My room was all the way at the end of an extremely long hallway. I would stay there again but now I know better.

The room and hotel was good for the most part.

The toaster was broken and couldn't use it. The door key didn't work the first 2 times they gave it to me. Asked for a different room on the 3rd trip to the check-in desk. Did not have a Do Not Disturb sign to leave on the door.

I prefer to receive daily housekeeping with bed making, floor sweeping and bathroom wipe down. Housekeeping came after our second night. It felt somewhat clean. The bathroom floor still had hairs on it. I was aware of the housekeeping schedule, but prefer daily.

I have stayed at many hotels and suites, and honestly, I would put yours at the top of my list. Should I return to this area, your hotel will be my number one choice to stay.

The Saturday night parties were noisy, but not a problem.

The breakfast was not good. It lacked variety and there were no choices that clean eating(no refined sugar, no seed oil,etc..) It was basically eggs and not good sausage. No bacon, veggies, red meat, etc...
